I guess I feel like I've never really fit in.

My life has been one traumatic event to the next. A whirlwind of confusion and sadness. For years I've drowned myself in tittle waves of anti depressants. Despite everyone's positive words and encouraging pushes back to happiness, I'm stuck in this hole. Maybe if I actually wanted to get out I would, but my heart is tied here.

But that all changed when someone like him held my hand, and told me that this wasn't the right choice. The minute he grabbed my hand was the moment I learned what it meant to live.

But after all these years of hearing the same words, why was it when the words came out of his mouth, I tried a little harder to smile. And to live.

Everyone knows that life takes courage to take every step of the way.

But the difference is, he knows that you can't take a step, it you can't even stand.
