Part 5: Not Friends?

Lucy's POV
*•* 2 months later *•*
"Natsu, how many times have I told you to use my front door, and not my window?" Lucy whined as Natsu and Happy intruded through her bedroom window.
"Using the window is more fun though!" Natsu whined back, "I don't care, I need my personal space!" Lucy yelled back while grabbing Natsu and pushing him out the front door.
Lucy closed and locked the door, sighing as she made her way upstairs to get out of her pajamas.
"So, Lucy where can I sleep?" Someone said from behind me. I shrieked, and turned around to find Natsu squatting on my bed. "Didn't I just throw you out!" I yelled, getting irritated. Natsu hopped off my bed and made his way over to me, "yeah, but you gotta try harder then that to get rid of me" he grinned. I tried giving him my scariest, angriest glare but I couldn't hold it. 'I could never be angry at him for long,' I thought while staring into his eyes, softly. He noticed and smiled lightly before asking, "could I stay the night?"
His question caught me off guard, I mean yeah, Natsu has slept here before, but he has never asked. I lightly blushed, "I- umm, yeah I guess," I said, stuttering. I offered him a smile, which he quickly returned with a grin, a grin that made me feel like I was walking on air. "Thanks Luce," Natsu said hugging me tightly, "Luce?" I asked curiously. Natsu laughed, "yeah, Luce. I decided that I need to call you something that only I can call you. Luce, your my Luce." I smiled, hugging him again, "thanks Nalu," I said. "Nalu?" Natsu said laughing, I laughed too, "yeah Nalu, it means Natsu and Lucy, so everyone knows that your my Natsu."
Natsu blushed, "your Natsu?" He asked, I smiled and nodded putting my face in his chest, "my Natsu."
Natsu rubbed my back, gently.

'This is nice,' I thought during our embrace. Our hug ended, and I started to walk toward the bathroom to change into my pajamas when just as I passed him, Natsu grabbed my hand, and pulled me to him again. I gasped as I became face to chest with Natsu, I looked up at him and he said, "your right, I am your Natsu." He paused, "and I always will be," he said before he lifted me up, and pressed his lips onto mine.

I didn't know what to do, but I didn't want it to end, so I wrapped my legs around him, putting my arms around his neck.

Natsu's POV
'She is right, I am her Natsu, and I always will be. She is my beautiful, strong, amazing Luce. And I know she will always be my Luce. Now that I've got her, I'm never letting her go, never!' I thought as I kissed Lucy.

"Lucy, I love you," I said honestly after I pulled away, looking into her eyes. She gave me the softest, kindest, most honest smile and said, "I love you too, Natsu."

Natsu's POV
*•* At The Guild, A Week Later *•*
"Natsu, I can't help but notice that you and Lucy are getting really close," Mira giggled, I sighed, "so the word is out?" I asked smiling, looking toward Lucy, who was talking to Levy and Erza. Mira squealed, "so it's true?! I'm so happy for you guys!" I laughed, "what's true?" Lucy asked, sitting down next to me. "That you an-" Mira started, but I cut her off, "that you and I are dating," I said leaning in to kiss Lucy. The entire guild stopped doing what they were doing, and watched us.

Lucy's POV
"That you and I are dating," he said, I was so suprised that I felt like I had just been hit by a train. But, it was the good kind of surprised. I let his words sink in as he kissed me. 'Natsu and I.' I thought happily, 'now we really are Nalu.' I smiled into the kiss as happy thoughts spread across my mind.

Grays POV
'So flame brain finally asked her out,' I thought as I watched in surprise with the rest of the guild. I looked around at everyone, seeing happiness written across their faces, well everyone but Lisanna. Everyone knew she liked Natsu, I felt kinda bad for her. All of a sudden I caught Juvia staring at me like I was her favorite outfit, it creeped me out, so I quickly looked away.
