"No peeking..."

I mouthed the words that were stuck in my throat. It was amazing how just that short sentence made my mind whirl and my heart race. I shook my head and continued on nevertheless. There was no wayhe'd notice if I dug a little deeper.

"He's down the hall, most likey sound asleep. There's no way he'd notice if I just..."

"...'Just?' "

I whirled around in the rusty office chair, and before I could find out who I was dealing with, a rough, forced kiss was planted on my lips. I knew right then by his cold breath and pale complexion who it was.

"What are you...How..." I stuttered, pressing my back against the edge of the desk to allow personal space.

"You're so cute when you're scared...It's such a good look on you...Makes my heart jump." He teased with his usual un naturally happy grin.

"I thought you were asleep." I said with obvious coldness. I hated it when he snuck up on me like that. In fact, I hated everything about him.

But if that were true, then why did I go to see him all those times in his cell? I could have left my weapon there. It's not like he had anyone to use it on. Except me. But if he was able to get out so easilly, maybe I made the right decision.

"Now why would I sleep when it's such a beautiful night? I couldn't sleep, so I decided to take a walk."

"You mean you couldn't sleep alone." I corrected. he countered with a chuckle, examining the razor-sharp tips of his fingernails. It was then when his luminous violet gaze met my cold blue eyes.

"Aren't we confident today? ..." He started, inching closer and closer. "Would you like me to fix that?"

The desk was digging into my back. I winced and ignored the pain as he got closer still. Slowly I leaned over the desk, avoiding his gaze. He pinned my arms down, the rotting wood supporting our combined weight with a loud groan. The patient leaned in, trailing his tongue along my jawline and finding it's way into my mouth. I shuddered lightly.

I winced yet again as a dull pain was felt on my tongue. A distraction. He tore at my shirt, ripping it off with the buttons still intact. I was surprised at how strong he was, especially considering his size. A thick fog clouded my mind then, and everything faded to black.
