So, here it is.
As some of you might know, this book started off as a request on my old account almost four years ago. It wasn't great, but I loved it, and it gained quite a bit of traction- more than I expected. But then my family found my account, and it was deleted. However, I had friends who missed both me and my writing, and I had the support and motivation to come back.
I felt like I owed it to my old book, and I started rewriting. But I was no longer fourteen and in highschool, and life caught up to me, leaving this fic up in the air for long intervals between chapters. And with age, my writing skill grew, and I noticed that while rewriting my story from memory. But... I began to lose motivation. Not because I didn't love my story or the Riordanverse anymore, but because I loved it too much. The plot had so much more potential than just a Y/N fanfiction. I came up with ideas for a trilogy, and gained an even larger support group when I got to college. I went from typing away at 3am in the dark, hiding from my family to juggling my passion for writing and my passion for Engineering. And that's when I decided.
Some of you might remember that I put this idea out on my board a few weeks ago. And after relentless planning, I'm finally back with an update- Forever is getting a new life.
Of course, it's going to take some time. I'll have to come up with characters, a new setting, flesh out and plan the plots, backstories- everything. But I promise, it's coming soon. Right here on wattpad, because what would I do without my roots?
Sitting here and writing this announcement, I truly, truly feel thankful for everyone who's been here for me since the very beginning- from my days of being that3amwriter to now the NullPointerNovelist. You guys have been by my side through thick and thin, and I really do owe this next step to you guys. If I could tag you all right here, I would, but I would be here for hours then. But you know who you are, and even if you're not on the platform anymore or haven't found me after my first account got deleted... I will never forget any of you.
Okay, I'm starting to emotional now lol. But I will keep you guys updated, so stay tuned!
