Dear Autumn,

If anyone comes into my room right now (theoretically speaking, since no one ever visits anymore), they would think I've gone insane. I have a huge grin on my face, and it's all because of my sister.

My mom finally allowed her to call me and I got to hear her voice for the first time in a while. She didn't ask much on why I'm here, which I'm glad for. She did, however, tell me all about her first day of school.

She spent a whole hour just telling me about all the friends she made (I'm glad her social skills are much better than mine) and all about her teachers. She even whispered (so mom wouldn't hear, as she later explained) that she spoke to a boy in her class and she thinks she likes him. It brought joy to me. It really did.

Because unlike me, March is finally living her life.

I just hope she doesn't get too attached to anyone though.

Guard your heart (or you might get hurt),
August
