I remember when almost three to four months back, the time when everything seemed so out of place and so abnormal. It felt as if my life was nothing but a living inferno. The time when i wanted to suicide, when i took those ugly looking antidepressants, when i used to have those nightmares, when mum was comatosed and i just wanted to escape everything. When all i did was shed tears. But then, through one thing or the other, God made me smile. With all those tears and a heavy heart i used to laugh. I remember those days. Its like my bad days have ended and the good ones are here, just like an escalator. Its true that time doesn't remain the same always. It changes, situations change, everything does. You just need to keep your head up, brush yourself off everytime you fall, be strong and just keep going.

I look at the green trees outside the car window. The weather is a little cold and the chilly breeze is blowing by. Its just one hour before sunset and our next stop is the Eiffel Tower. Finally! Just as I'm observing the beautiful scenery outside, our car stops at a traffic signal. There is a knock at my window. I see a young boy, maybe eleven years old and he has roses to sell. He is in a shabby dirty condition with ripped clothes and sticky hair. One thing melts my heart- there is a tear in his eyes. He begs for money by selling the rose and he points to his stomach and just then the tear rolls down. He must be very hungry. I notice that i'm holding my half eaten sandwich and i quickly roll down the window of the car and hand my sandwich along with a $5 bill. I dont buy the roses, instead i just give him the money. He looks so happy and today i feel like i have accomplished something big.

His bad days are going on. I secretly wish that he stays strong and patient because i know something big is awaiting him. I suddenly remember the little girl i met the other day in the hospital when mum had woke up. She looked sad and devastated to hear about her brother. I know she will be fine. I pray for both of them as the engine of the car starts.

After almost a one hour drive we finally reach at the Eiffel Tower. Its almost sunset and everything looks glorious. I have to admit, both Harry and I are extremely tired, the concert and stuff, but we are both excited as well. I mean, the Eiffel Tower is amazing. It has been lit up with golden lights at all of its details, its so tall, huge and beautiful. The green grass around is lush. This is literally known as the flirtatious point of Paris, i mean its already so romantic, what do you expect.

There is a cliff at the far end and both Harry and I decide to enjoy the sunset sitting there. We both hang our legs down as i lean on Harry while his arm is holding my back. In no time the sun sets, the red shade in the sky with an orange sphere in the middle, it looks so sleepy yet fresh. The horizons have been marked with the same shades of red, orange and yellow. It all seems like a beautiful painting, created to look so real and glamorous.
'I love you so much. This is all because of you.' I mumble in Harry's chest whereas my eyes never leaving the treat it was seeing.
'Yeah?' He asks.
'Yeah.' I reply.

We sit there for like almost thirty minutes till the sun is finally gone and the gloom gradually takes over. After our little 'yeah' thing, neither Harry nor I spoke a word. We just sat there looking at what the eyes wanted to see and just feeling eachothers heart beat. I could feel him equally involved in me like i was, even though we weren't communicating at all. This is love.

Harry gently strokes my hair and I finally ask, 'So, would you care explaining to me the whole One Direction thing?'
'First tell me did you like the surprise?'
'Like?' I squeak and lift my head up making eye contact with him. 'I loved it.' I say before leaning in and giving him a quick peck on the lips. He smiles and begins,
'So basically Jeremy Hunt has been my class fellow since i first joined the school, like seven years back. He soon left two years ago when his father got posted here in Paris. We have always been in pretty good terms.' He breathes and then continues, 'Before coming to Paris i called him to ask about the famous restaurants and landmarks to show you. He mentioned One Direction's concert being held. Basically his dad was organising it, so he invited me and gave me two tickets, on special request he allowed me to get you to meet the band personally. That's all.' He pauses. And i look at him as if he is some magician.
'Damn you, mister fiancé. You have sources!' I remark.
'All yours, madamé.' He winks at me, pronouncing madam French style.
'I'm hungry.' He says.
And with this, we both get up and get Starbucks from a nearby shop along with Subway. We get our take aways and sit under the Eiffel tower. The golden lights and the magnificent monument hovering over us.
