Today, the 16th, was the day the guys are staying round and will finally get to meet Manson. I tell you what, I feel so much better now that I've told them. I don't feel guilty anymore and I don't have to watch what I say anymore. I started walking to school with The Fight Song playing in my ears, which I have been doing everyday since last Monday. Someone needs to give me credit for walking for 25 minutes for 13 days straight. Normally we don't go to school on the weekends, but today we get to perform live in front of the class, and we have chosen Get Lucky, seen as we haven't recorded that one yet and I want Manson to see us perform 1996 for obvious reasons. I'd also get to prove Bianca dead wrong seen as our version of the boring, soul destroying, generic pop song is way better.

I was also looking forward to seeing Kendall and Jenny meet Manson, ever since I told them they have been so excited and can't fucking shut up about it, and I've had to deal with that every single day since I told them. I think Jenny's forgotten she's already met him, though that was only for the short car ride. I got to the zebra crossing half way through just as my phone started ringing. Dita had let me have her old phone until I could get a new one. I clicked the button and waited for the traffic lights to turn red.

"Hey Jenny." I greeted her, seeing the caller ID.

"Dixie oh my god, I'm freaking out, I don't think I can stay over tonight."

"What? No, you have to come, why are you scared?"

"Because it's fucking Marilyn Manson!" She screamed. "He's been my idol since I was like 9 and I'm probably going to embarrass myself."

"Trust me, that's what I was like when I first met him, but imagine how I felt, I was getting adopted by him." The lights turned red so I started crossing. "I'll be with you the whole time and you can leave if you feel uncomfortable. You have nothing to worry abo-"

Jenny's POV

"...Hello? Dixie?" I said into the phone. I could hear a noise that sounded like static or a really bad connection, like it was breaking up.

"What's wrong?" Erin asked me. We'd both gotten into school early today so we were hanging out together.

"I don't know, she suddenly stopped talking and there's this weird noise. Maybe the connection went?" I thought that was a logical explanation until I could hear muffled voices coming from the phone. I put it on speaker so me and Erin could both here and turned it up all the way. I could tell who the voices belonged to but they sounded frantic.

"What the fuck?" I said, frowning.

"It sounds like a guy is crying." Erin said, looking equally confused. Just then, Anthony walked in, stopping when he saw our puzzled expressions.

"What's up with you?" He asked, looking between us.

"Something happened to Dixie's phone, I was talking to her and suddenly it cut off and there was this random noise that sounded like cracking or some thing, but now we can hear people but not what they're saying." Just as I explained a we heard faint sound of sirens.

"Oh my god," Anthony snatched the phone off me and put it to his ear. "Hello? Is anyone there? Can someone tell me what the fuck is going on?" He paused as the sound of someone talking could be heard faintly and that's when things went from bad to worse. "What? Are you serious? He fucking did this? I'm gonna kill him, I'm gonna fucking kill him, is she okay? What the fuck do you mean you don't know? Where is she, is she conscious? What happened? Tell me the fucking hospital then! Okay we'll be there as soon as we can."

He hung up and started walking out of the school with his fists balled up and tears threatening to fall from his eyes.

"What's happened?" I asked, catching up with him.
