Chapter 18: A paradise full of lies

Lee Jaeseung was currently hiding in her old castle. But as Sunoo, her reincarnation.

The gang entered the old Lee castle.

They were immediately greeted with the ground inside of the entrance of the castle shaking, like the ground was ready to split in two in any second.

Soobin acted fast, he made a protective circle around everyone, making the ground underneath them stop shaking.

Soobin looked ahead and saw something coming out of the ground, where the protective circle didn't touch.

People like stone creatures were coming out of the ground, they were running towards the circle, with such speed and big stone swords in their hands.

"Run! Guys! I'll deal with these things!" - Soobin shouted at the others.

"No way, how will you even survive this!" - Jake argued with his old friend.

"I'll stay here with him!" - Yeonjun claimed loudly, turning into his wolf form.

"Let's go, they can handle it. We need to stop all of this as quickly as possible." - Niki, shouted at Jake.

"Sunoo." - Niki spoke out as he entered Jaeseung's old room.

"You found me quickly. Did K tell you where you can find me?" - Sunoo asked with a smirk.

Niki stepped ahead, instead of answering.

Now standing up straight in front of Sunoo.

With determination in his eyes.

Sunoo widened his eyes, feeling spooked a bit.

Niki has always looked at him with nothing but adoration and now, he saw nothing but hatred in those eyes.

"You hate me now, don't you?"

"Yes."

"I don't blame you. But, I know that you still love me."

"Yes, I do. That's why-" - Niki was cut off by Sunoo's soft lips on top of his own.

Niki stood there confused for a second until he felt himself calming down. He closed his eyes and felt himself getting into the kiss.

He placed his arms around Sunoo's waist, hugging close to his body.

Sunoo, who was standing on his toes, to be as tall as Niki, positioned his arms around Niki's neck.

When he did this Niki deepened the kiss, making Sunoo moan.

Sunoo backed up from the kiss and looked up at Niki with a sweet smile.

"You're under my charm spell now. I love you, Niki."

Sunoo removed Niki's arms from around his waist.

He stepped away from him a bit.

Sunoo then caught Niki's hand and moved it upwards.

Making his fingers close around his neck.

"I love you, Niki." - There were tears coming from Sunoo's eyes.
