Chapter 11

Adrian POV

Its finally last period!! The torture is about to end! I have heard at least one person tell me that Levi made out with, or even fucked Cassidy! I just can't take it!

Mrs. Johnsan, my English teacher, is talking to me, in particular. "What's on your mind doll face?" She calls pretty much everyone doll face, she has a very Southern accent!

"Um...... Nothing." I reply looking up at her with a slight smile. She looks at me, and I can tell that she doesn't believe me, but she just says "ok" and walks back to her own desk.

Once class is over, I immediately run to my locker, grab my bag, shove my binders in it, and casually walk over to Cassidy's locker. She is just pulling out her bag when I get there, and she doesn't notice me yet. So I decide to walk closer, and put my arm on the locker next to hers, that gets her attention.

"Hey!" She exclaims surprised..... Just then Levi, Dai, Baden, Genevieve, Caden, Sam, Naima, Logan walk down the hall to talk to Cassidy about our plans today after school. I was planning on just me and Cassidy, but, I guess not. Ugh! How am I ever going to get her alone!?

"Hey Adrian!! I heard that we are gonna go on a 'secret' trail today!! I'm so excited!!" Naima practically shouts.

"Yeah! Cassidy mentioned it to us, and we thought that it was a great idea for all of us to go!" Levi says semi-sarcastically, glaring at me. He just wants to get under my skin! When I first met him, I didn't think that he would turn into such an ass whole! Ever since I introduced Cassidy, it's like all of my friends have turned on me except for Sam, my new best bud. Before Cassidy, we never really talked much. But now, we have found out that we have so much in common!

"Are we ready or what?" Dai exclaims excitedly. Guess I have no choice but to go with my friends.

We walk outside and I lead them to the start of the trail "the trail is about two miles long, does anyone have to be home by a certain time?" I ask looking at Levi in particular, everyone says no, I guess we can all stay on the trail as long as we want.

"So where does this trail lead to?" Baden asks.

"At the end of this trail, there is a giant beach. Where we can hang out!" I reply trying to sound excited.

The whole walk was filled with conversations about school, and occasionally a little bit about each other's families. "I am an only child, it's pretty nice, at times, but it would be a little better if I had someone to hang out with more often!" Baden says with a small grin on his face. I find out that Cassidy had an older brother, who dropped out of high school, I'm surprised that she never told me that before. Dai says that she has two brothers and two sisters, apparently they are Mormons. You learn something new every day! Sam only lives with his mom, and he has one twenty year old brother, who's already moved out. Then Levi decides to tell us his back story. And sure enough, he is an only child, and a spoiled brat, which makes sense. His parents are rich, and they have maids, and even their own cooks.

"Oooooo, a tunnel!!" Dai yells, she seems pretty excited, I have a feeling that everyone is going to start shouting as soon as we get into the tunnel.

Sure enough, "echo!!" Dai shouts when we reach the tunnel. "Can anybody hear me!?" Naima yells at the top of her lungs, then she hears her echo. "Hellooooo!!" Cassidy shouts. "Tell my mom I love her!" Levi says trying to be funny.

When we get to the end of the tunnel, we see that it is pretty close to sunset. "Looks like we are going to be watching the sunset!" Naima shouts with joy! She is the nature freak.

We find a nice place to sit. It's kind of like a little cave closed in by trees, but we can still see the water and the sky. This morning when I packed my bag, I made sure to bring two flashlights, because my original plan was to watch the sunset, and then walk back in the dark, so that Cassidy would be hugging my arm while we walked back, if she became scared.

Baden POV

"This view is magnificent!!" Dai calls out. She is just outside the 'cave' sitting on a rock, looking up where the sun meets the water. Genevieve, Naima, Cassidy, Caden, and Dai are all sitting on that rock when I walk out to talk to Dai. I really like her, I like like her! The way her hair sways in the wind!

"Hey! Do you guys mind if I talk to Dai for a little while?" I ask politely.

"Sure!" Cassidy exclaims looking back at day, she gives her a gigantic grin, and starts wiggling her eyebrows.

"You kids have fun!" Naima gets up and squeezes Dai's hand, then she walks over to the cave, then the other girls follow.

Cassidy POV

"Oh my fucking God!!! Baden is gonna make a move!!" Genevieve whisper/screams, trying to make sure that Baden and Dai didn't hear her.

"Ssshhh!!" I shush putting my finger up to my lips. They are gonna kiss! I just know it!!! Genevieve, Naima, Caden and I are laying on our stomachs inside the 'cave' and spying on Dai and Baden.

Dai says something, and then Baden says something, then Dai says something again. Boy I wish that I could hear them right now! "Oh my gosh!!! Just do it already!!" Levi yells in a girly voice, trying to imitate Genevieve. I jump because I wasn't expecting Levi to join in. He lays right down next to me. Then, out of nowhere, Adrian, Sam, and Logan come and jump in too. Now we are all laying down on the sand watching Dai and Baden. Waiting for them to kiss!

"This is Baden requesting to land, is it all clear!?" Logan calls out in a some-what pilot voice. I'm guessing that he is trying to make fun of Baden for taking so long to just kiss her.

"Come on!! Just kiss the damn girl already!" Caden practically shouts.

And then it happens! Baden slowly moves in. Tilting his head, then Dai looks confused..... Baden grabs her by the waist, and they start violently making out! Ewww! Not what I was expecting! Levi, laying to the right of me, covers my eyes, then I cover Adrian's eyes(who is sitting to my left), and the chain goes on, until everyone's eyes are covered except for Levi, the person who started it.

Eventually Levi removes his hand from my face. "Is it all clear?" I ask as I open my eyes, and then I see them, still making out!

I uncover Adrian's eyes, and then I shout "Some of us would rather not see that!!" Dai stops, and grins at me, then she goes back to making out with him, just to get on my nerves! I laugh, and then Logan gets up, walks over to the couple making out, and literally pulls Baden's face from Dai's.

"Quick! The sun is going down!" Sam yells, running towards the water. He takes off his shirt, and jumps in! Then Levi runs over to him, pulls off his shirt, and dives in too! Eventually all the guys have taken off their shirts and gotten in the water.

"Come on in! The water is quite warm!" Levi yells.

"I don't want to get my clothes wet!!" Dai exclaims cautiously. I decide that I am going to be the brave one. I take off my shirt and run into the water, everyone just stares at me. Which makes me blush, and I have to explain myself.

"When I was a kid and we went to the lake, if I didn't have a swimsuit on, then I would just take off my shirt and jump in, whenever I wanted to swim, I would just do it, no matter what I'm wearing!"

"Just because she did it, doesn't mean that I am going to take off my shirt!" Caden yells from the shore.

"Suit yourself!" Logan shouts running towards her, he then grabs her, and holds her like a baby. Then he runs into the water and drops her! She stays under for a few seconds, then she comes up and screams at him. But then she stops and goes back to normal.

"So? Who's next?" Baden asks smirking at Dai.

"Oh, hell no!!" Dai yells. Then she takes off her shirt and jumps in.

"How bout you Genevieve!?" I yell.

"I'm staying dry! On land!" Genevieve shouts.

"Fine! Then you have to turn around and not watch us OR the sunset!" Adrian shouts back. She turns around and I put my index finger to my lips and sneak out of the water. I am going to attempt to throw her in the water like the guys did!

Once I get close enough, I pick her up, the same way Logan picked up Caden. She is extremely heavy! Uh-oh! I make it into the water just in time to accidentally drop her!

"What the fuck Cassidy!" Genevieve shouts at my face. I then swim over to Adrian and Levi, I pull them together to create a boundary between me and Genevieve!
