By the time Blake and Callie had made it to their resort in Park City it was too late to really see anything. Callie was glad they had someone driving them through the falling snow up the mountain from the airport, because she knew how tired she was and could only imagine how tired Blake must've been too.

There had to be a good foot or more already on the ground and it was still coming down. She stood watching the snow fall thanks to a light that was out in front of the condo they were staying in.

"Come on let's get some sleep and we can play in it tomorrow," Blake whispered wrapping his arms around her from behind.

"I'm still trying to figure out what all of this is for," Callie smiled turning around in his embrace.

"Well stop. I'm sure you're exhausted," Blake said leading her away from the big picture window in the hallway toward their bedroom.

"Me? I don't know how you're still functioning," Callie said as Blake kissed her cheek before letting go of her to walk to the other side of the bed.

"Adrenaline?" Blake shrugged.

They had played a rough back and forth game with the Jazz and ended up beating them 112-96. Callie liked a close game, but not when it was Blake on the court. Especially with the west being as tight as it was shaping up to be.

"Still?" Callie asked wide eyed as she looked over at him.

"Sorry," Blake smirked shrugging. "I'll be fine, go to sleep. We have a lot of nothing to do tomorrow," He laughed.

"Was Doc really okay with you flying home on game day?" Callie asked after Blake had turned off the lights.

The would be flying back to Los Angeles the morning of the first ensuring Blake would be missing some if not all of shoot around.

"He was," Blake said wrapping his arms around her.

"I'm going to miss being able to travel with you so much," Callie sighed thinking about how going back to work was essentially right around the corner for her.

"Shhh sleep now," Blake said kissing her neck.

"Fine. Have it your way," Callie relented closing her eyes.

Blake laughed as Callie snuggled in closer to him. If only he could get her to say that about everything he would be set. He was impatient and protective. He wanted nothing more then to keep her with him at all times so he knew for sure she was safe. With Liam still running around he was really fighting the urge to put his foot down and demand she travel with him. He knew better though.

The next morning Callie woke up in bed alone. She frowned as she looked around the spacious bedroom for any sign of her boyfriend. Throwing the covers off she gently slid out of bed and started walking around the condo. She was in the hall when the smell of food hit her nose.

Her stomach growled as she walked a little faster toward the kitchen. She smiled seeing the table essentially set for both her and Blake complete with covered dishes she assumed had the food she was smelling on them. She looked around the kitchen and still couldn't find Blake. She looked back at the table and debated just sitting down and eating, but decided she needed to find her boyfriend first.

"Oh, you're up," Blake's voice scared her out of her thoughts just as she was turning to head back down the hall.

"Where have you been?" Callie asked looking up at him.

"I had something to take care of. Hungry?" He asked wrapping her in a hug and kissing her forehead.

"Very," Callie nodded turning back to the table as Blake pulled her chair out for her. "Did you sleep at all?"
