The girls quickly got ready for their night out while catching up with each other at the same time. Jessica of course was bursting with wedding details and Callie was doing everything she could to try and stay engaged while she was consumed with thoughts of her future.

Now that the other girls were all here the countdown to the end of the weekend was on. Callie needed to start making some decisions. She had planned to get some one on one time with Samantha later to iron out the details of staying with her should she decide that maybe she could give LA another try.

The girls had dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at Caesar’s Palace. Callie was pretty shocked the guys hadn’t made an appearance there. She was sitting next to Madison at dinner and definitely didn’t miss the texts Madison was sending to DJ. She was happy for her friend, she truly was. While DJ and Madison weren’t on the same level as Colin and Jessica she could tell they were so happy together and so in love with each other. She had that at one time too. So she thought.

Jessica interrupted her thoughts as she talked about how excited she was to have the girls try on their bridesmaids dresses. Callie hadn’t realized Jessica had even had them with her when  she came in. Oh who was she kidding, she probably had them delivered to the hotel.

“Hey you okay?” Samantha whispered looking over at her friend with a look of concern after Jessica had gotten up to use the ladies room.

“Yeah,” Callie smiled a small smile at her.

“If you’re not you will be here shortly,” Madison smirked over at her.

“We’re friends Madison. If you even can call us friends. We hardly know each other,” Callie said finishing off the wine in her glass.

“Please. Keep telling yourself that if that’s what you have to do to be able to go back to Texas after this weekend,” Madison laughed.

“What this part of your plan too? To have one of DJ’s teammates attempt to flirt with me so it might entice me to move back?” Callie asked only half kidding.

“No not at all,” Madison said honestly.

“I want to talk to you about all of that later. I’m so torn on what to do,” Callie sighed looking over at Samantha.

“We can do that. We’ll leave the other two alone for a little while,” Samantha smirked.

“Great. Leave me with bridezilla,” Madison groaned.

“Just remember that when it’s time for you to walk down the aisle,” Callie said giving her friend a pointed look.

“DJ and I will elope if we ever get to that point,” Madison laughed.

Jessica rejoined the group as the conversation was turned back to her and her upcoming nuptials. Callie wanted to make sure she was doing everything she could to keep the focus on Jessica and her approaching big day. Her insecurities about moving back could be dealt with at a later date. This was about Jessica and Colin.
