"Izumi. Dinner is ready." Bakugo knocked on the door. He didn't knock as hard as he usually would, not sure how to approach me after that whole thing with my father— our teacher.

"I'm not hungry." I replied, running my fingers through my cat's fur. He stood in front of the door for a little before turning the knob. My eyes widened as he threw the door open.

"Come eat the fucking food I made for you!" He shouted at me, causing Mochi to jump out of my lap. I cursed under my breath before a crazy head of blonde hair stomped over to my bed.

"Wait!! We can talk about this— Katsuki!" I shouted as he grabbed me by my ankles, dragging me out of my bed. I fell onto the floor with a thud.

"Ow... what the hell?!" I exclaimed, rubbing my back as I stood up. He crossed his arms over his chest.

"I told you to come eat." He replied before helping me up off the ground.

"Okay, I'm coming." I rolled my eyes. He scoffed and we headed downstairs.

Instead of sitting next to him, I took the empty seat next to Midoriya instead. I was not about to sit next to the guy who dragged me off my bed for some food. But the food was delicious... that's not that point though.

"Worried?" I asked the green haired boy as he kept glancing at his phone. The heroes had to go search for Eri while we sat around waiting for any information. And on top of that, nobody else really knew about the mission except for us and Tsu, Ochaco, and Kirishima. It was hard.

"Yeah... I just hope it's over soon." He replied, speaking low so the others didn't hear. I nodded, understanding his vagueness. I patted his shoulder to try and comfort him a little. I wasn't sure if that was the right move but he seemed to relax a tad bit.

"Bakubro, be careful. You almost stabbed the table!" Kirishima said, brining my attention to across the table. The ashe blonde haired boy shot a glare my way before turning to yell at the red haired boy next to him. I shivered in my seat. Was he still mad about me not coming to eat?

After dinner, I managed to slip away quietly and head to bed so I could sleep— or at least attempt to. Maybe it was the anger I felt when I had to be near my father or the anxiety I felt not being near him that made me restless at night— honestly it could be a mixture of both. I'm still mad at him but... I wish he would just knock on my door and apologize and hug me and... let me be his little girl again.

I sighed, pushing back the thoughts and lying down. I closed my eyes, trying to think of something comforting but it was useless. I laid in my before for what felt like hours before I got a text. My eyes widened before rushing downstairs. As I arrived, Kirishima, Tsu, Ochaco, and Midoriya were already down there.

"Alright, you too?" Kirishima was the first to speak up. The other two girls nodded. I did the same, standing next to them.

"We got it." Tsu confirmed.

"It's happening." Midoriya said.

"I'm not surprised how quickly they found her, considering how many were on the lookout." I said, trying to make it seem like the long awaited text wasn't as long as we all made it out to be.

"Huh?! They're keeping this zero girl in their stronghold?" Lock Lock exclaimed. I crossed my arms over my chest, slightly uncomfortable from all of the people in the room.

All of their heartbeats... their breathing... their— Midoriya brushed his hand against mine, snapping me from my thoughts. I glanced over at him but he continued to look forward at Nighteye who was at the front of the room. I smiled and did the same.
