Chapter 33

Raj heard a knock on his room's door. It was almost midnight and he was still on his phone.

Raj in his mind: Mom ya Dad mein se hi koi hoga

He opened the door and surprisingly it was Deep with a paper bag in his hand.

Raj made way for Deep to come in.

Raj: Mujhe laga tu jaldi sota hai.

Deep: Mujhe tujhe kuch dena hai.

Raj: Mujhe?

Deep nodded and took out the hoodie he bought for Raj.

Deep: Yeh mai tere liye laya hoon.

Raj: Par kyu?

Deep: Jis reason se mai Deepu ke liye laya. Size dekh le iska, mujhe tera size nahi pata.

Raj: Par mujhe yeh nahi chahiye.

Deep: Par tu rakh toh sakta hai.

Raj heaved a sigh and looked at the hoodie's size.

Raj: Yeh size bada hai. Toh mai yeh rakh ke bhi kya karunga.

Deep left Raj's room disappointed at his failed attempt of making a brotherly relation with Raj.

The next morning Avu surprisingly got up early to get ready for college. When she came out of her dressing room after getting ready, she saw that Reem was still asleep.

Avu: Reem college nahi jana kya?

Reem didn't want to go to college because Jai wasn't too. She wanted to spend some time with him.

Reem in sleepy tone: Mai aaj college nahi jaungi.

Avu: Kyu?

Reem: Mujhe achha feel nahi ho raha. Tabiyat theek nahi lag rahi.

Avu put her palm on Reem's forehead to check her temperature which was perfectly fine.

Avu: Tera sar toh garam nhi hai.

Reem fake coughed to show that she was really sick.

Avu: Theek hai phir tu rehne de.

Avu took her bag and left the room to leave for college, when she saw Jai sitting on the dining table.

Avu: College nahi jana toh phir itni jaldi kyu?

Jai: Tum sab ko bye bolne ke liye.

Avu: Zarurat nahi thi. Preeti Di kaha hai?

Jai: Woh gayi. Reem kaha hai?

Avu: Uski tabiyat kharab hai. Toh woh nahi jayegi.

Jai got worried hearing that Reem was ill, but he didn't want to show it to Avu, so he kept quiet. Avu left the house and closed the door behind her which made a sound indicating she was gone. Jai immediately ringed Reem to check up on her and Reem came out of the room.
