Chapter 157: First Task

She stepped in and raised one eyebrow in surprise when she saw another person in the room, sitting on the couch.

Eunha.

Lisa blinked a few times and raised one eyebrow. She was quite surprised to see Eunha here already. Maybe she left after her but since Lisa went to get coffee, Eunha arrived earlier.

Eunha rolled her eyes when she saw Lisa, and she crossed her arms together proudly. She was wearing a tight grey suit, and there was no sign of a pregnant stomach yet.

Lisa wondered how Eunha could possibly act so proud and arrogant in her property! Lisa licked her lips before walking over to the couch across from Eunha and sitting down.

They sat in silence for several minutes until the door opened again. Bai Jiawei walked in with another woman behind him.

"You two are here already!" He said as he walked over to his desk and sat down.

Eunha immediately jumped up from the couch and Lisa followed. They walked over and stood in front of the desk.

"Let me introduce her to you," Bai Jiawei said, looking at the woman who walked in with him. She seemed to be in her late 30's or even in her 40's.

"This is manager Yu, the manager of the department you will be working in. It is the marketing department but you two will be doing work from other departments too."

Eunha smiled, "Hello, manager Yu. I am Li Eunha."

The woman smiled and didn't say anything more.

"Hello, manager Yu. I am Kim Lisa."

Yu Yoona looked at Lisa and smiled at her too.

Bai Jiawei placed his hand onto the computer mouse and nodded, "Okay, you two can follow manager Yu to the marketing department and get to work. If there is anything you need, just ask her."

"Yes, dad." Eunha said brightly.

They followed manager Yu out of the office, and they took the elevator down to the 12th floor.

The workers on the 12th floor all stood up to greet manager Yu when she walked in. Eunha and Lisa followed Yu Lin into her private office.

"There are two empty spots outside. You should have seen them when walking here. Those are your spots. You two can figure out who sits where."

Manager Yu pulled out a cabinet and grabbed two folders out, "The Kim Corporation is working on entering the makeup field since makeup is getting more and more popular in society. I want you two to both create a report on current trends in that area and also the competition in the makeup industry. I want it by the end of work today."

Eunha's eyes widened when she heard that. After all, she has never worked in the business field or any company before. She didn't expect the work to be so hard on the first day! Plus, she thought that as the chairman's daughter, it should be easy, right?

Eunha gulped and slowly picked up the file from the table. On the other hand, Lisa was quite confident. She still had some knowledge about business.

Maybe it was because of natural inheritance from her mother and grandfather, but she had a really good business brain! In elementary school, she always won the school bake sales and fundraiser events!

Also, the afternoons spent with Jungkook didn't go to waste. When she was watching the television or eating snacks, Jungkook was usually around doing work on his computer or having online meetings.

When she got bored of watching the television, she would go over and take a look at what Jungkook was doing sometimes, and she would learn many things while doing so.
