Chapter 41

Alic's POV:

I got my last check up from Corey, after I took Zoey downstairs to sit with the guys, and I hugged him good bye. "I'm going to miss you so much." I told him. Corey hugged back and whispered," I'm going to miss you too." I became pretty close to Corey durning my stay. Plus he had to be everywhere with me, so he was the only person I could talk to.

I tighten my hold on Corey before finally letting go. I took Corey's hands in mine and looked up at him. I was pretty surprised when I saw his eyes glazed over with tears. They were on the verge of falling down his face. I immediately pulled him back into a hug. "I don't want to leave you behind." I whispered.

"Um...you don't have to leave him behind." Matt said butting into the moment I was creating with Corey. I jumped away from Corey and turned facing Matt. "What do you mean?" (A/N: HAHAHAHAHA GET IT? JUSTIN BIEBER?) Matt smiled then looked at Corey. "Corey remember when we first met?" Corey nodded but still looked slightly confused. "What's your daughters name?" Matt asked. Corey smiled, "Her name is Layla."

I didn't know Corey had a daughter. All those days we had spent together and he never said anything about a daughter. "Last I remember, she got Magcon tickets but never got to meet her favorite performers." Matt said. I looked at Corey confused. "Yeah she went the week Alic was in the hospital."

I started to feel kind of bad. Why did my liver have to act up on that week of all weeks? "Alic still needs a nurse and your daughter never got to meet Alic. Why don't you guys come with us to Columbus? " Matt asked.

My eyes widen and I looked at Corey with hopeful eyes. Corey and his daughter? Coming with us? I felt excitement corse through me. I don't have to say goodbye to Corey!

Corey smiled,"I would love too! Layla is going to be so excited! I'm going to call my mom." Corey took out his phone and started to walk away.

I turned to Matt with a huge smile on my face. "What?" He asked, with a smile on his own face. I flung myself at him and hugged him. "Thank you!"

Matt hugged back instantly. "No problem, just wanted to brighten the day up for both people." I let go him and step back. I sigh. "It means a lot to me Matt. It really does." He nodded and took my hand.

"Ready to tell the guys?" He asked. I shook my head no. He laughed lightly and started to walk toward to elevators. "Well, get prepared. This isn't going to be easy."

We made it to the lobby and I clung onto Matt. My heart started to beat ten times faster. My hands started to sweat and my body started to shake. In other words, I'm really afraid.

When we entered the breakfast room it looked empty. Nobody was there. "Matt were did they go?" My fear and anxiety level skyrocketed as I know Zoey is with them all...and I had no idea on where they are.

"I don't know where they are. You text them and I will check the rooms." Matt planned. I nodded and took my phone out.

To: Nashty🎈: WHERE ARE YOU GUYS? WHERE IS ZOEY? IS SHE OKAY? I swear Nash if my child is hurt in anyway, you will regret ever leaving the hotel with me.

I hurried and also text Cam, Shawn and Mahogany.

The doors to the breakfast room squeaked opened. I looked up and saw Matt, panting like he's out of breath. "They aren't here." He said.

I swear I'm about to lose my mind if no one tells me where my kid is right now! Being a mom puts a lot of anxiety and anger in you. You need your kid by you at all times so you see and know they are protected.

I mean I trust Mahogany with Zoey, but with the boys? Also all of them going out...together. The thought makes my stomach tie in a knot.

I finally hear a ding and I hurry and unlock my phone, wasting no time. Immediately my hopes are crushed as its only a text from Justin.
