Chapter 10

Alic's POV:

I go down to the gym and to my surprise I see Nash, Hayes, Cam and Matt. I look down at what I'm wearing. A black sports bra and sweat pants.

I felt really insecure and wrapped my arms around my exposed stomach. "Hey Alic!" Matt said, getting of the weight lifting machine. "Hey." I said quietly. "Hey Alic...Whats up?" Nash said coming up to me with Hayes following. "Nothing, just working out and trying to stay fit." I said.

I still had my arms wrapped around my stomach. Nash gave me a knowing look and said "Shake my hand."

I laughed nervously. "You're weird." I said. "I knew it! Alic you don't have to feel insecure." Nash said. Hayes nodded.

Nash and Hayes then went back to the machines. Matt stepped closer to me. He took my arms and unwrapped them from my body. "You're perfect the way you are. Don't matter if a girl is big or small. Everyone is beautiful in their own way." He smiled. I looked up into his eyes. I fall deeper.

It's funny. How my mind says no....But my heart screams yes.

I noticed we were just starring at each other. "U-Um lets go." I said pointing to the running machine thing. (I don't know how to spell it)

He nodded. We got on the machine and I set the baby monitor in the cup holder and my water bottle in the other cup holder. Matt and I decided to start at a slow pace then speed up.

"Thank you." Matt blurted out.

"For what?"

"Making me come to the dinner. I haven't gone because of reasons."

He was looking out the window. I took this as the chance to say something.

"Matt.... I wanna apologize for leaving. It's just my Life was getting kind of difficult and I needed some space. I loved being your bestfriend...I want that back. Being able to trust someone again. I've been kind of alone. I just had Zoey...I want my bestfriend back." I said, I really missed Matt a lot.

By now we stopped the machine and got off. He looked at me. "I missed you Alic. When you left I kind of just lost it. I thought you got kidnapped, but then I seen your YouTube video. I kept thinking...My bestfriend moved and didn't tell me where she was going. I texted, but you never responded. I started to call you, but by then you had your number changed. I was sad. You were my closest friend and you left." He said.

"I know Matt...Sometimes I feel like I messed up and should have dealt with the problem. Then I feel like I made the right choice. Matt I miss you. I want you....the real you back. Not the distant Matt." I said with tears in my eyes.

"No don't cry please." Matt said wiping my tears from my face. "I just want my bestfriend back." I said. More tears slipped out. Matt wiped them away.

Matt's POV:

More tears came and I wiped them. This is kind of random. She wants to be friends again even though she left and didn't stay in touch.

"I want to be your bestfriend. Just tell me why you didn't stay in touch. Why couldn't you call or text anyone." I said looking into her blue eyes.

Her eyes are so hypnotizing. They show so many emotion all at once, you're sitting there just trying to pick out one emotion. The thing that is different. She only shows 3 emotions. Sad, Hurt and hope.

"I can't tell you. All I can tell you is...I was trying to run away from my problems." She said.

"Why can't you tell me. You just said you wanted someone to trust. You just keeping everything back." I said getting annoyed.

She cried some more. My heart ache, I don't want to be the cause of her crying. "Matt I told no one this, only Nash because he was my only friend I had at the time. Also it was kind of obvious." She said.

I didn't say anything. I just hugged her. She loves my hugs. She always hugged me. When I say always I mean a lot.

She wrapped her arms around me. I picked her up and she wrapped her legs around my torso.

She just cried into my neck. I rubbed her back and kissed her head. " I wanna be your best friend." I whispered. She looked up at me and smiled.

***next morning*** (Alic's POV: )

I got up this morning super happy. I skipped to the bathroom and took a shower. I got dressed in my white dress that buttons all the way down and it's loose and flowy. I put on my Black Cardigan with yellow daisy's all over it, I then put on my tan flip flops.

I took my curler and curled my hair. Once all my hair was curled, I bushed it out with my fingers so my hair was wavy. As for my make up is put on white eye shadow,liquid eyeliner, regular eye liner and mascara.

I put on my heart shaped sunglasses and walk out the bathroom. Zoey was still asleep and I'm guessing Mahogany is already in the event room practicing.

" Zoey...Princess wake up, It's almost time for our first show." I said while rubbing her cheek. Her eyes slowly open. "Hi mommy." She said while yawning. I laughed. "Some one needs to brush their teeth." I said. She laughed.

She got out of bed and ran to her suit case. She grabbed out a Mickey Mouse shirt with red jeans and black vans. "Good choice." I said while grabbing the clothes from her hands.

I help her change. "What do you wanna do with your hair?" I asked while brushing through it. "Let's leave it down." She smiled. "Ok, before we leave we have to update Instagram." I said while taking out my phone. I took a picture.

"Who's ready for Magcon?" I typed and posted it. I put my phone in the pocket to my Cardigan and picked Zoey up.

"Are you ready?"

She laughed. "YAS!" She screamed.

"Where did you learn that from?" I asked talking about the "yas".

"Nash, Hayes and Cam."

I laughed. of course she learned that from them. We walked out the hotel door and went to the elevator.

The doors opened up. I pressed the lobby button then the doors closed. "Mommy, I'm so excited." Zoey said as her little body filled with excitement.

I looked down at her. "I am too. Remember we go out together, Sing "You're perfect" and then you walk to Matt. Mommy sings alone for 1 more song."

"Okay!" She said. Then the doors opened to the lobby. I took Out mine and Zoey's passes and put them on. We went up to the event doors.

There was tons of girls and some boys behind gates in line to get in. I go up to the security guard and showed him our passes. Every one saw us and started to scream. Some even started to cry.

I looked at the guard and told him to hold on. I put Zoey down and hold her hand tightly. "Hey there guys!" I yell. Every one screamed. I laughed. "I can't wait to meet Y'all!" I yelled again. The screams got louder.

"I LOVE YOU ALIC!'

"OMG ALIC!"

"GIRL YOUR OUTFIT IS ON POINT!"

I laughed at the last one. "I love you guys too." I yelled and walked inside the event room.

I let go of Zoey's hand and let her run around. I looked up at the stage and seen Matt helping set the mic's up. The stage is some what big, but I love it.

I see Matt look up and see me. His mouth falls open. "She looks beautiful." I hear him say over the mic.

Did he just say that? His face got pale and all you see is shocked. I started to laugh. He was so surprised. Did he not know that the mic was on? I hear all the boys starting to laugh.

His cheeks got really red. I run up to him. "You think I'm beautiful?" I said with a huge smile on my face. My stomach started to fill with butterflies and my heart started to beat faster.

He bit his lip. "Yea." In that moment I wanted to kick him to the moon. I mean he bit his lip. HE TACKLED ME WITH THE LIP BITE!

I can feel my cheeks and nose warm up.
