"So you seriously don't know where Robin is? Or why she bailed on me?" Vickie interrogated, narrowing her eyes. "This is serious Charlie. The cops are looking for her."

"I have no idea." The brunette lied.

"If you tell me I might let you check out early."

Charlie contemplated it before shaking her head. "No, I don't know. And seriously, Vickie. I'm fine." She glared at her nurse. Robin was not lying when she said Vickie could be overbearing at times.

"No, you're not." Vickie frowned. "And you still haven't told me who did this to you. Seriously, Charlie, a hole in the stomach doesn't just happen and according to your medical records this has happened to you before."

"So?" The girl shrugged, sitting up. "I just have bad luck!"

"Bad luck? That's not bad luck, that's a death sentence!"

"Well I'm not dead!" She yanked off her covers, standing. The hospital floor was cold but it was good. It distracted her from the searing pain in her abdomen.

Ignoring the redhead's judgy looks, she limped over to the mirror to examine herself. Clearly someone had bathed her while she was out because she didn't look anywhere near as gross as she should.

"Now do you see what I mean?" Vickie gestured to the mirror.

There was a bandage wrapped around her forehead, bruising on her cheek along with a bandage on her cheekbone, bandages wrapped around her stomach and bruising on nearly every other part of her body.

She looked like hell.

"I'm fine."

"Say that again!"

"Vickie!"

"Robin?"

"What?" Charlie turned around.

Sure enough Robin and Lucas were racing past her hospital door, clearly in a rush to get somewhere. Charlie frowned, she was beyond annoyed they'd all just decided to let her sit in the hospital without filling her in on anything.

"Robin!" Charlie yanked open the door, moving as fast as she could to catch up with her friend. "Robin! Lucas!"

She reached them just as they loaded into the elevator. "Seriously guys?"

"Charlie!" Lucas grinned. "You're okay!"

"Robin!" Vickie appeared, yanking Robin out the elevator. "We need to talk."

"Vickie!" Charlie rolled her eyes, watching as Robin let herself be yanked away.

"What about the plan?!" Lucas called, the elevator doors sliding shut.

Charlie turned to glare at him. "Seriously? You guys really thought you could just leave me in a hospital? What the heck!" She pushed his shoulder.

"You were dying!" Lucas frowned. "None of us know how to do surgery or stitches!"

She sighed, he had a point there. The elevator doors slid open and the two stepped out, starting down the hallway. Charlie recognized where they were, they were on the way to Max's room.

"So what's the plan?" She asked. "And did Vecna get the kids? Are Mike and Will and my mom okay? Have you heard from Dustin? Or Eleven?"

Lucas stopped at the door, turning to her. "I'll explain everything but right now I have to wake up Max."
