*Ricky's POV*
I can't believe what i just walked in on. I guess Chris and Ghost had given up on avoiding each other and went straight to... you know what. You know, i think this band in entirety has the worst timing. I mean, how many times have we walked in on each other doing some freaky stuff? Too many. First the many times Chris has caught Ryan and I, then now with Ghost and Chris. And then there was Frank and I but i wouldn't count that because all that was a misunderstanding, which thankfully Ryan now understands. And even more thankfully, Frank has left, claiming that his stuff finally arrived at his apartment.
Then again i guess it wasn't really surprising that i found Ghost and Chris together doing this stuff. I knew Ghost was into both girls and guys not based on gender though, and i thought something was up with Chris when he brought me to that club and tried to kiss me in the bathroom when we were both super drunk.
I decided to ignore whatever i just witnessed and move on with my life, because i'm sure they wouldn't want us to make a big deal out of it. Although, this whole 'ignoring it' and 'secret keeping' is proving easier said than done. After getting a quick breakfast of toast and just whatever i found in the fridge, Ryan and I ran out of Ghost's apartment, scared that they might continue.
"Where do you say we go?" Ryan chuckled, shoving a piece of toast into his mouth and kept walking. I followed him down the slim, bare hallway that looked to be older than life compared to the beauty of Ghost's apartment.
"Ohh, Can we visit my friend, Vic?" I smiled, thinking of how long it's been since i've seen Vic. I'm sure he's at least been a little bit curious as to where i've been or what's been going on. Plus i'd love to meet Kellin, his husband.
"Who's Vic?" Ryan asked curiously, his voice tainted with a little but of protectiveness.
"The guy who lives next to me... Who we keep running into, literally." I laughed.
"I don't like Vic." He said jealously. Oh here we go. He probably thinks Vic and I have a thing going on, when it's quite the opposite. And besides we both have husbands that we are in love with and are devoted to.
"Oh, calm down, hot stuff, He's just my friend." I rolled my eyes and chuckled, finding it a little endearing that he's being protective, even if it was over something extremely stupid.
"Oh yeah. I'm sure he tells his girlfriend that too." He spat.
"Wow, i'm sure his husband is quite disappointed that he has a girlfriend while they're married." I walked away from him and sat in the car, waiting for him to get in as well. Jealous of Vic, Pshh! One, Vic's not even my type, and two, he will still only be my friend!
"Fine, we can visit Vic." Ryan pouted when he got in the car and started driving. I watched as the tremendous amount of trees rolled past me through the window. THe once solid figures morphed into streaks of green and yellow against my eyes.
Finally at our apartment building, i skipped up the stairs and to Vic's door. I knocked on it three times and awaited his answer which came short after. "Ricky!" Vic greeted me happily, pulling me into a quick embrace.
"Who's at the door, Viccy Poo?" Someone, who i assumed was Kellin, called from somewhere deeper in the apartment. At the words 'viccy poo' Vic's cheeks lit up in a huge embarrassed blush.
"Uh... It's Ricky..." He ushered Ryan and I into the apartment where we sat down on his super soft couches. Kellin came out from what i presumed was their bedroom with his hair in wet, black curls that dangled just below his chin. He instantly went to Vic's side and looked us up and down, well more me than Ryan.
We sat there awkwardly for what seemed like an eternity but was really only about a couple of minutes, until Vic finally spoke up through the tension. Kellin had been glaring at me from where i sat next to Vic, and Ryan was glaring at Vic from where he obviously sat next to me. "Um... Kellin, This is my friend Ricky and his husband, Ryan." Vic gave a fake smile to Kellin who let up on his glaring a little. "and guys, this is my husband, Kellin." Ryan gave up on his glaring completely when i nonchalantly slapped his shoulder.
"So what have you guys been up to lately since we have been wrapped up in so much drama?" I chuckled, attempting to break the silence.
"Oh, my god. What haven't we been doing?" Vic finally smiled. I loved his smile, it reminded me that everything was going to be okay, in a friendly way. "We have been redecorating the apartment, because why not? And we are trying to get the guest room ready for my friend, Jaime, because he's staying with us for a while."
"Oh, damn." At my last statement, A knock rang out through Vic's door. He got up quickly and opened the door, letting Ghost burst through.
"uhh, Ricky, can i talk to you?" He seemed quite urgent. "Privately. Outside." He said through gritted teeth which meant he was hiding something.
"Yeah, what's up?" I said quietly when i walked out into the hallway, closing the door behind me. Yeah, i felt bad for leaving Ryan alone in there without me, but by the way Ghost is looking at me, it must be important.
"uh..." He nervously played with his fingers, then shirt, then hair, avoiding my gaze all together. "Is it- do you think it's possible...." He closed his eyes, trying to get the words out the best way he could.
"What's going on, Devin? You know you can tell me anything." I reassured him. I mean whatever he says, it can't be that bad. It's probably just like 'i broke your straightener' or something.
"Do you think it's possible for a guy to get pregnant?" He smiled awkwardly.
oh fuck.
