Ashton's POV
For the remainder of the short ride back to where we first got into the cart, we just cuddle, despite the safety issues about seating rules. Before the guy can reach our cart, Paisley slides back onto her side of the boxy cart to make sure that we don't get caught, and of course, she makes it work.
After we leave the ride, we see our picture and it's just perfect. They photoshopped the background to make it look like we were in the clouds, but our smiles were just amazing, especially hers. Mine was was nice only because she was the reason for it. Paisley looks drop dead gorgeous, just like always, even though we've been running around the park like crazy fools and went on the rollercoasters so many times. Her dirty blonde hair cascades down her back, the little bow that she did adding even more of a flare to how beautiful it already was. Everything about her screamed perfection.
Instead of buying our photo, like we did before, I simply snap a quick picture of it and add it to my collection of other pictures of Paisley and I. Not all of them were us together though, some of them were just her. A couple were some selfies she took when she she stole my phone at Disneyland. A few others were just her doing random things that I took without her knowing. I don't even know if she knows now, but I'm not deleting them, no matter what.
Surprisingly, there's about 100 pictures in this album, even though we've only been together for about two weeks now. Let me just say, these past weeks have been the best two weeks of my life, all thanks to my amazing girlfriend, Paisley.
The sun is beginning to set on this glorious night, which makes me sad that our alone time at Sea World is almost over. It's a solid 75° outside when Paisley suggests we go on Shipwreck Rapids, the ride where you sit in an inner tube and float down a quiet river, according to Paisley. Based off of what I've seen, I'm not quite sure that the word "quiet" fits the raging and gushing river I heard and saw portions of.
Paisley's POV
We wait about 15 minutes in line until Ashton begins to act all playfully flirty with me, and it's so damn attractive.
"I know I've mentioned this five times already, but this was a big ass line," he says for literally the sixth time in the past 15 or 20 minutes. I giggle at him as we step up to the very front of the line and wait for the worker to give us the all clear to board one of the inner tubes. Each "raft" holds about 6 to 8 people, and we get paired with a family of 5 for the ride. There's a mother, father, a mid twenties looking guy, a teenage daughter, and a tween son. I smile nicely at them, and they all smile back, except for the teenage girl, who has her eyes set on Ashton, who politely waves and cheekily smiles a half smile to the group.
She's a fan. I can almost immediately tell by her reaction that she's in love with him.
Instantly, she grabs the seat right next to him. Ashton is wedged between her and I, with that girl's family dispersed among the other seats in the raft.
"Hi, umm, Ashton? Can I have a picture with you please?" She asks shyly.
"Sure, what's your name sweetie?" He replies, taking the girl's phone from her hands and lifting it up to position it for a selfie. He makes his signature rock and roll sign while bearing his teeth in a silly smile, and she's making a cute little smile, exposing her deep dimples in her tanned skin. She was beautiful. Her long, brown hair drifted down her back, nearly to her waist, and she had chocolate brown eyes. She was everything I wasn't. Gorgeous.
"Oh, my name is McKenna," she says, batting her eyelashes at him as if I were not sitting like 3 inches away from him and she had no idea who I was to him through social media's rapid spread of word.
