Chapter 6: Run

Lucy's POV

Last night we had so much fun on the boat, we sang, danced, and most of the crew drank, I didn't however. When I walked into Natsu's room he was sleeping on the floor where the blankets were, and we're I was suppose to sleep. I guess this is Natsu's way of telling me I should sleep in the bed since last night I slept on the floor. Happy was in the bed next to the pillow, I carefully lifted up Happy and laid down on the bed. Happy then after can and slept next to me hugging my arm.

Narrator POV

As the crew slept through the night, Lucy's father Jude new what she was up to. He didn't know she was now human size, but just that she left. He called his best fairy guards to get her back, their names were, Freed (the planner) Bisklow (the do-er) and Laxus (I think that's how you spell it) the killer. They were the ultimate guards for Jude. Jude then sent them out, in human form to stop the stares from humans.

Freed's plan was to blow up on side of the ship and then capture Lucy and dive into the water so they won't be able to find them by sent. As they crept to the side of the ship, Bisklow made sure that no one was on the deck, there was no one. Laxus then lit the TnT and ran far away back to were there hide out was.

Natsu's POV

I woke up to the smell of gunpowder, we never carried gunpowder on our ship... My eyes then shot open and I listen for the sound, it was coming from the wall right next to Lucy and Happy. I then ran over to them, still sleeping and had Lucy over my shoulder and Happy on Lucy's back. When I stood up I could feel Lucy wake up.

Lucy's POV

I felt like I was being lifted up when I shot my eyes open only to see the heels of Natsu's feet. I also heard a sizzling sound.

"Lucy.." I heard someone whisper.

"The ship is going to blow up." I head him say again.

"What!!!" "Run!" I shouted.

I felt Natsu run and I felt a painful impact on my back and front when the rent blew up and when we flew off the side of the ship. I held my breath as I felt the cold water hit my face, the water was so cold I let out a scream loosing all my air, great job Lucy...

I saw happy with his eyes open floating down farther and farther, I swam down and held happy to my chest tightly as I swam up to the surface to find three people standing at the dock, a blond, green hair, and a.... Knight?

I felt a tug and my foot and then I was back under the water a hand over my mouth and one around my waist, it was Natsu. He then swam away at tops speed losing the three men in the dust.

When we finally reach land again I was freezing with the cold water and the wind blowing at my face. Plus my heavy breathing from holding my breath to long, I then look over at Natsu and Happy to see what they are doing. They were fine , Natsu doesn't get cold and Happy was next to Natsu.

Just then I felt something behind me, I scramble over to Natsu and hide behind his back pointing to the spot I was at. Suddenly three tall figures stand up, the center one being the tallest. Natsu stands up putting is hand in front of me.

"Happy take Lucy into the forest." Natsu mumbles.

Happy flies me up to the sky and flies to the part of the forest where we were yesterday....

Natsu's POV

I stood I front of the three men on the shore, focused on the center guy. I than ran behind the boys and took out two people, I guess the didn't see that coming. I swung my fist full of flames at the guy that was left and he disappeared, causing me to fall into the cold water. I new just at that moment that he was going for Lucy.

Lucy's POV

After flying for a while we reached the spot were I got the dark oak bark. The trap was still there, I sat down on one of the large rocks and thought about these mens' doing.

Father why, I just wanted some freedom.

"I guess that's not possible, princess" a voice said behind me. I was then stood up and ran over to Happy, but was pushed onto the ground. I did it again.

I was high above the ground looking at the blonde man, my eyes then caught a light in a distance, it was a fire. It was,

Natsu...

Natsu punches the man in the face knocking him out. He looks up up to me and smile a big toothy grin.

"Oh that..." He said

"What the trap?" I replied back.

"Yeah... That's our trap..." He chuckled and scratched the back of his head.

"WHAT!!!" I yelled.

"I let you down, but, tell me why those guys were attacking us." He says smirking.

I sigh and tell them the whole story, there eyes were wide, the white showing as much as it can.

Natsu then cut the rope and without my bad luck, he forgot to hold on to the rope.... So that resulted to me flat on the ground, out cold. When I woke up I was in a fancy hotel in a bed, next to a snoring monster named.... The one and only (drum role plz) Natsu.
