CHASE:
I still am surprised with myself that I had sung to Adam. But I was even more surprised that Adam hadn't made fun of me. I never thought of my voice or my guitar playing as amazing, but apparently Adam did, and that was really cool.
"Really? You liked it?" I asked sheepishly. If he actually liked it, then that would mean so much. But then that would leave the question; why did Bree run out?
"Liked is an understatement, loved isn't even the correct term. It was amazing, Chase, and so is your voice. Why didn't you tell us about this sooner?" Adam was already getting up, and I had a feeling that I knew what he was going to do.
"No, Adam, you can't!" I exclaimed as he opened his mouth.
"Why not?"
"I want this to be a secret. One that I can tell everyone when I'm ready," I said. "Please, just don't tell anyone."
BREE:
I can't believe I had actually run away from Chase! I felt so bad because I had actually stayed outside the room crying as silently as I could. I had heard over my cries Chase say, "What have I done?" And I looked at the wall, tears falling from my face.
"Nothing," I mouthed. "You did absolutely nothing wrong." I ran to the lab and behind the cyber desk. I was actually pretty surprised no one had come to look for me and/or walked right past me. Actually, the lab was surprisingly vacant.
I was getting ready to stand up when I heard the lab doors open and shut. "Hey bro," the deep, and very stupid sounding voice of Adam spoke. Bro? I was a girl and pretty well hidden as to know that he was definitely not talking to me. But who was he talking to?
Chase. That thought alone kept me from doing anything irrational like standing up. I eavesdropped into their conversation. It was very indistinct, but I knew Chase had been crying. I only heard a few words, some being, "Can you sing for me?" And, "I poured my heart out and Bree ran away."
"Let me go get my guitar," Chase said, quite reluctantly, might I add. Soon he came back and said, "Okay, this song is called Stitches."
(Since I really don't feel like repeating the process of writing/ copying the song again, and I am sure that you don't want the redundancy, so I have decided that I won't be doing that.
(For those of you that want to have an Adam's POV (Point of View), you've got it very soon. In fact, you got it now!)
ADAM:
Chase's song really was good, and I am very surprised that Bree ran away from him. Everyone in the family is a full supporter of Brase, (Their ship name) and they want it to happen. Saying that, we all know that it is bound to happen and that they both really, really like each other. Possibly love.
I was about to cry, his voice was one only an angel could have, and maybe not even then would those choice of words be enough to describe Chase's voice.
"Thanks, Chase," I said. I really was happy that he had sung to me. We aren't the best friends that Bree and him were, but when it was needed, I would be there for him. "And I am so sorry that Bree ran out on you." I gave him a man-hug.
"You're a really good brother, Adam," Chase said. This was the greatest compliment that I had ever received.
"Thanks."

This was definitely one of the shorter chapter, as you can tell. Hope you all liked it. So, I wanted to let you know so it wouldn't be a surprise when I didn't update quite as often. I've been in school for a couple of weeks and this is the week that we start getting quizzes, tests, etc.
This is just a reminder that I won't be updating as often, and there may be some weeks that I may not update at all. My weekends are just as busy as my weekdays because of volleyball (the sport I play) practices and games/tournaments. Again this is just a reminder. Enjoy the rest of your week and I will try to get an update out there, but if I don't, know that I am sorry.
