We all ended up winning an award for Best Summer TV show & 4 of us ended up winning individual awards. On the ride back everyone was having a great time but I couldn't help but wonder why Joshua was trying to push me away at first. Every time I was looking at him, I noticed from the corner of my eye that Sprayberry kept glancing at me. As always I shook it off, keeping in mind that we're best friends. Finally we got back to set and all I could think about was heading back home. It wasn't that far from set but it was long enough for you to take a 10 minute nap.

"That was absolutely amazing!" I heard Arden saying excitedly. I nodded in agreement as I started to walk away from the group slowly. When I got away, I felt a hand grab my wrist. I immediately turned around to be met by gorgeous blue eyes.

"Mia, why are you leaving? We're going to celebrate." Dylan shrugged as his smile softened.

"Yeah, I just...you guys can go. I kind of want to pack my stuff up and head back home for a few days since we're on break." I replied hesitantly. He nodded slowly and then let go of my wrist slowly.

"I'll help you." He offered. I shook my head and began to play with my fingers.

"It's fine. You don't have to, I just need to go home." I murmured.

"No, I want to help you." He insisted. I couldn't help but smile at him.
"Thanks." I replied walking him towards my trailer. I opened the door and immediately took off my heels. Dylan walked in and closed the door behind him and laughed at my reaction when he saw how relieved I was.

"So,what do we start with?" He asked.

"Well, coffee. I'm gonna need the energy." I replied getting up and walking over to make some. He sat down on my bed and laid back.

"You want some?" I asked while finding a cup.

"Sure. You do know the others are going to ask where we are, right?" I smiled to myself and then turned around to face him.

"They'll know I'm with you." I replied handing him his coffee. He sat up and took a sip from his cup. I went over to my closet to look at the clothes I had and began taking out the ones I wanted to take with me. I placed them gently on the bed as Dylan cleared his throat.

"So, how are things between you and josh?" He asked taking a sip from his drink again.

"Good. I think." I didn't want to say much being they were both friends and I didn't want Dylan to say anything to Joshua.

"Well are you sure? I mean I saw the way you two were act-"

"Hey, how about you help me pack these things up." I interrupted him trying to ignore the question. He sighed and got up to help me. I felt him stare at me as I was picking clothes.

"You know the more you stare at me, the more i'm going to consider you a stalker." He laughed and folded the clothes as he picked up a bag to put the items in.

After about an hour of packing up, we finally finished and both laid down on the bed.

"That was actually tiring." I mumbled while laying next to Dylan. He looked down at me and smiled. Just then my phone began to buzz on my counter. I groaned as I picked it up to see who it was. My mood dropped when I realized who texted me.
'Where are you? We need to talk. I'm sorry for the way I was acting.'

I rolled my eyes and threw my phone on my couch. I felt a hand land on my shoulder and I shook it off.

"Um, how about we get going now? By the time we get there it'll probably be 1 in the morning" I said trying not to look at him. We each picked up a bag and went to his car. I put the bags in the backseat and sat in the passenger.

"You okay?" Dylan quietly asked. I nodded giving him a small smile as I closed the door and put on my seat belt. He handed me the aux cord and smiled.

"Whatever you want today, dork." I smiled placing the plug into my phone. I looked through my music and tapped on the 'Thinking & Relaxing' playlist. Dylan smiled and turned it loud enough for me to fall asleep.

The first thing I saw when I woke up was my old house. I couldn't help but smile at the sight of what used to be my childhood. The door swung open as a lovely face appeared, smiling at me.

"Look who's finally awake." Dylan grinned. I yawned and got out.

"Where are the bags?" I curiously asked. He nodded towards the inside of my house and I raised my eyebrow.

"How'd you get in?" He put up the keys and wiggled them in front of my face.

"Now follow me. There's a surprise for you!" Dylan grabbed my hand gently as I closed the door and led me upstairs to my room.

"Close your eyes. This is very important." I placed my hands over my eyes and felt Dylan put his hands on my shoulder and push me into the room.

"Open." He quietly said. I removed my hands and saw my old room. Not the one I left behind, but the one I felt I had to change because I was becoming a different person. My room was a beautiful lilac color and there was a mirror that had 'You'll be okay.' written on it with red lipstick. Right across from it was a small but comfortable bed with light blue covers and a guitar on top of it, like I always left it.

"Your mom, she called you to congratulate you but instead I answered and she told me to show you this." Dylan mumbled. I turned around and hugged him.

"Thank you. You've become my best friend in a matter of a month and you're just amazing." I murmured into his chest. Silence. That's what was heard if you weren't pressed to his chest. His heart began to beat fast and I looked up to see him turning a shade of pink.

He mumbled something under his breath.

"Hm?" I asked confused.

"What? Nothing, how about I go...it's getting pretty late anyways." He turned around and left. I shrugged a bit wondering what he said. I decided to ignore it and quickly changed into my pajamas. I was beginning to get bored with the room until I saw an old journal I wrote my songs in.

"Sweet." I said smiling to myself. I grabbed a pen and took the journal over to my bed. I sat down and began to write down lyrics while humming the melody to myself.
