"That was crazy!" O'brien shouted while hugging me. "You were so great. You're getting so old." He said wiping his invisible tears. I laughed and patted his shoulder.

"Thanks man." I laughed. "Still my favorite Dylan!"

"Wow, that was just cruel." Sprayberry said. I turned around to see him walking over to me.

"Well, i'll just be on my way. You guys coming to the party?" O'brien asked. The two of us nodded as O'brien walked away.

"So did you enjoy my heartfelt singing?" I joked, putting my hand over my heart.

"Well, not really. I mean there were so many bad guitar chords, I was horrified." Dylan said sarcastically. "I actually loved it. You were great, but I was hoping--"

"MIA!" A girl squealed. I turned around to see Natalie and Dani standing there.

"Hey guys!" I said in an annoyed tone. Natalie ran towards me excitedly, wrapping her arms around me.

"That was amazing!" She shrieked. I let out a sarcastic laugh and nodded back.

"Thanks, Nat." Dani couldn't help but notice my reaction and immediately walked towards us.

"Hey so, we should get going to the party. But we'll see you there!" Daniella pulled away Natalie and waved.

"Sorry about that, so what were we--" I turned around to see Dylan was already gone. Great job Natalie. I thought to myself, walking towards the exit.

I got out the car, looking around to find people I knew.

"Your performance was killer!" I turned around to see a group of girls smiling at me.

"Thanks, that's sweet." I smiled in return. They all walked off towards the house the party was being thrown at. I looked at myself in the car window and then finally had enough confidence to walk inside with the others. I saw Holland and Shelley near the entrance as I was about to go in.

"Hey guys!" I waved. They nodded at me and walked over. "Why aren't you guys with the others, partying?"

"Well, this party is big and we're kind of lost." Holland said slowly, scratching her head.

"What she said. Plus we're having fun over here with our..." Shelley hesitated. "Our drinks!" I giggled and nodded.

"Right, well I'm going to join you two." I grabbed a drink from the cooler near the door and opened it. Just then, Holland pulled Shelley and I towards a table out side.

"So, Mia..." She started.

"What?" I asked. Holland wiggled her eyebrows then pointed towards someone. I looked over to see Dylan. I shook my head. "What about him?"

"You have to tell him. I mean it's the right time." Shelley interrupted. I groaned and tilted my head back.

"Every time we do have a moment, something ruins the moment." I rolled my eyes and rested my head on the palm of my hand, still looking at him. "Gosh, he's literally perfect."

"Didn't I tell you to tell him?" A guy asked. I turned to see Posey with a beer in his hand.

"Yeah well. I don't have the guts too. Plus we'd never happen."  I said shrugging the thought off. Tyler sat down next to me and put his arm around my neck.

"You're crazy." He laughed. I rolled my eyes and nodded.

"I know."

I can do this, I repeatedly said to myself in the mirror. I flipped my bangs to the right side and looked at myself in the mirror, posing randomly.

"No." I sighed and switched the horrible bangs to the left side. I gave myself a small smile and took a big breath. "You're going to be okay, just do what Tyler said." I whispered quietly, fixing my mascara and lipstick. I took another breath before I decided to walk out of the bathroom, being cornered by a handful of girls waiting to use the bathroom.

"Haha, sorry." I said faintly, giving them a nervous smile and walking out of there as fast as I could.

"You're seriously going to do it?" Holland stopped me. I looked at her and raised my eyebrow.

"Yes Holl, don't worry. It's going to be fine, just like Tyler said, you know?" I responded quickly. She nodded slowly.

"Yeah but what if it doesn't work out the way he said." She said, giving a small smile. I looked down and then back up at her.

"If it doesn't, then I don't know. But I know I'll be alright." I stated with a confident smile and voice. She nodded and hugged me quickly walking towards the other guests. I looked around the place till I found O'brien standing in front of a room.

"Hey Dyl, where's the other Dylan?" I asked. Dyl began to cough nervously, as if he was trying to hide something.

"I'm actually not sure... b-but you know. How about we get you something to drink!" He tried to pull me away but instead I pulled away.

"Dyl? What's wrong?" He started fidgeting and making jokes. I pretended to enjoy the conversation until I started to get a bit annoyed, even though I could never get annoyed with him.

"Well, I'm just going to go inside now." I said walking towards the room Dyl was standing in front of.

"Mia! Wait!" He reached out for my arm, but before he could grab me, I had already opened the door.

"Oh my god..."
