Creepy Conspiracy Theories

Comatose Adventures (Adventure Time)

                                            This theory was given to me by falloutghostqueen.

So some people believe that Adventure Time is actually about a troubled boy named Finn who was bullied and abandoned but Jake his dog was his only loyal true friend. When Jake died soon Finn became depressed and suicidal and attempted to take his own life but failed and instead landed in a coma.

So this theory would make a lot of sense as an abandoned kid suddenly has everything he wanted: the girl of his dreams (Princess Bubblegum) , a non-stop journey through the Land of Ooo with his dead buddy, being able to live alone in a tree house with only his best friend and a sentient video game system (BMO). However this isn't the only theory about the show. Some people believe that the adventures of Finn and Jake are actually just bedtime stories being told by Simon (Ice King) to Marceline.

This theory actually makes more sense and is a lot less depressing. So being an archeologist Simon is capable of creating stories based on the past and telling Marceline who may or not be his daughter or family friend is maybe his way of spreading his wisdom to her. Some people also claim that the Ice King exhibits signs of Dementia. This would explain his disorganized behavior and memory loss. He also his "wizard vision" which may just be hallucinations caused by the disease. Finally he exhibits random bursts of emotion at times after being set off from whatever reason Finn and Jake did to upset him.
