After a conversation with animal_girl24 now I'm doing it.
So this theory was based off the picture posted above and like it says what if During the run of Drake and Josh the Character Crazy Steve went well crazy and decided to kill Drake and Josh, then kidnapped their evil little sister Megan, moved from San Diego to Seattle, forced her to call herself Carly and renamed himself Spencer. This theory has some evidence to support it like both Crazy Steve and Spencer are a little weird and eccentric. But at the same time in some episodes we see both Carly and Spencer watching themselves on Drake and Josh. Also in an episode of Sam and Cat we see Crazy Steve locked in a mental hospital. So although it sounds like a cool theory it has very little evidence.
