A Time Displaced City? (Clarence/Over the Garden Wall)

Hey everyone I know it's been a VERY long time since I made a conspiracy theory and I have been busy lately but I'm so sorry for the delay not that you really care but anywho. So this theory was suggeste by Indigo_Echo who hates Clarence just as much as I do so here we go!

So this theory claims that the shows Clarence and Over the Garden Wall share the exact same town as seen in the two pictures above but take place in different time periods. So to start off Clarence lives in the fictional town of Aberdale , which is actually a parody of Prescott , Arizona. In Over the Garden Wall it is never specified were the characters live. If you look closely at the two pictures you will notice they only difference is the large building in the background of the town in Over the Garden Wall. This building is believed to be a hospitable. In the Clarence episode "Lil' Buddy" some viewers noticed two mysterious figures which look exactly identical to Greg and Wirt. However the only question this conspiracy is left to ask is are the two pictures and stills of each character crossing over into each show an Easter Egg or is it legit for real? In a commentary for an Over the Garden Wall DVD art director Nick Cross explained that while creating the show artists shared an office space which was also creating the show Clarence at the time. So in a way to shows lending their artistic talent to recycle a city background doesn't sound to weird. So maybe it is just an Easter Egg but who knows that is completely up to you for what you think.

So once again I am so sorry for lagging so damn much argh! But I got this theory from ChannelFederator on YouTube they are really good and as well can also claim ownership.
