Chapter 26: "A walk to remember."

Charlie's P.O.V

Those green eyes stared at me as if waiting for me to say something. I just smiled and gave the owner of the eyes a hug. He smiled and sat down on the bed. He motioned for me to sit next to him, and I obeyed.

We were at our room, and I waited for him to say something but he just remained quiet. I was not talking because I wanted to stare at him for a while. His green eyes and brown hair were beautfiful. His beautiful features were just one of the things that made him perfect. The other ones were his heart, personality, and sense of humor. He was not the funniest person in the world, but he knew how to entertain girls.

His red lips moved, and I thought he was going to say something, but he just kept his mouth shut. I rolled my eyes and decided to talk. It was obvious he was not going to do it, so I did it.

"Why are you so quiet, Chris?" I asked. Chris shook his head and smiled.

"Sorry, I guess I spaced out." He said rubbing his neck "I'm just worried."

"Why? You said we were safe here?" I asked.

"I know, but I have a bad feeling." He said. I stared at him confused, but he just shook his head. "Forget it, okay? I'm just overreacting." He said. I nodded and smirked.

"You are just nervous because you just got me back," I said. "I always have this effect on people."

"Especially on me." He said. I blushed and smiled.

"I was just kidding." I muttered

"I know, but I wasn't. All the things that I told you before were true. I love you." He said. He took my hand and held it tight. I smiled and gave him a peck on the lips. He caressed my cheek and gave me a hug. His hugs were the warmest hugs ever, and I wish they lasted forever.

"Truth or dare?" Bethany asked. We were currently sitting on a bench at the park. Rachel and Louis were also there, and we were playing Truth or Dare.

"Dare." I said simply. Dares were always funnier than truths.

"I dare you to go with that lady over there and tell her you like her hump." Bethany said pointing at an old lady that was walking with a kid, who I guessed was her grandson.

"Wouldn't that be mean?" I asked. Bethany nodded.

"Kind of, but it's a dare, and dares are funnier that way." She said. Rachel chuckled, and Louis rolled his eyes.

"I think I won't do this one." I said.

"Okay, you don't need to do it if you don't want to, chicken." Bethany said. I frowned.

"Don't you dare to call me chicken! I will do the dare!" I exclaimed. I quickly got up from the bench and walked to the lady's direction. The old woman stared at me confused as I cleared my throat and smiled.

"Hello, beautiful lady." I said. "What's your name?"

"My name is Megan. How about you, darling?" She said.

"My name is Harry, and I would like to tell you something." I said. I cleared my throat one more time and accomplished my dare. "I like your hump." I said.

"My hump?" She asked confused.

"Yeah, your lovely old lady lump."

"That's random..." She said confused. Her grandson stared at me with hate and I shrugged.
