Jaune Arc was never the strongest, but he had the will and determination to pursue his goal no matter what he faced. Though that all changed when after saving the bully who made his life miserable, he decided to reveal that Jaune faked his way into...
The Lands Between, Limgrave, Starfall Crater, Night
Jaune was leaping from floating rock to floating rock as he descended into the massive chasm formed by the meteor that struck Limgrave after Radahn relinquished his grip on the stars. He headed straight here after being compelled to reveal his abilities to Alexander, especially after witnessing him resurrect Radahn and numerous other warriors. The warrior jar was overjoyed by such power—great warriors reborn after death to continue fighting and growing stronger, it was like a dream come true for him. Alexander then made a vow to Jaune: he promised that he would become a warrior so formidable that Jaune would want him in his army once he passed away.
"I want Godrick's and all the other groups gathering materials to meet at the crater's entrance once I'm finishedhere," Jaune mentally commanded his shadow soldiers, who were scattered across the Lands Between as he reached the bottom of the crater and finally entered Nokron. It was time for him to check on them and assess the progress of their missions and item collections assigned to various groups. Just before returning to Limgrave, he dispatched a shadow drake toward the Bestial Sanctum, planning to perform a shadow exchange later so he could deliver all the Deathroot Godrick had collected to Gurranq. Jumping from rooftop to rooftop, Jaune made his way into the city, but when he leapt down from a ledge to a lower area, he landed in something slimy.
"Come on! After all that effort to keep them clean!" Jaune complained, his boots—that he painstakingly kept from getting ruined by lake water and the scarlet rot—now coated in dark, slimy liquid. He was about to grumble further when the slime began to slip off his boots, merging into the surrounding puddle, and then rising up to form a single droplet.

[Silver Tear]
"At least my boots are still clean," Jaune muttered, noting that despite the slime, his boots hadn't been ruined. His attention quickly shifted back to the silver tear, which suddenly elongated into a spike aimed directly at him. Jaune caught the spike between his index finger and thumb, holding it steady as more silver tears began to rise from the ground and rooftops around him. He electrocuted the tear he was holding as the red lighting then jumped from one silver tear to another, until they were all shocked to death.

A little more rooftop hooping and Jaune finally reached the heart of the underground city. Walking toward the gazebo at its center, he could hear creatures scuttling in the surrounding buildings, cowering as he passed. Descending some crumbling steps, Jaune found himself in a vast temple ruin that connected to a bridge leading to another part of Nokron. Inside these ruins, he discovered another slime puddle that transformed into a silver tear, but upon reading its name, he saw it was a mimic tear. Intrigued by what set this enemy apart, he watched as the mimic tear released a cloud of mist from its slimy body and shifted into a perfect copy of him.
