You've been lying on your bed all day, expecting a sweet text or a gift from your boyfriend on your anniversary, and guess who's your boyfriend? S.Coups. That's right, the leader of seventeen - a big responsibility. You wondered if he had forgotten about it, he probably did and you were being very understanding. He's an idol now, he doesn't have time for this and that, but you still had a little hope that he would prepare something special for you.

You really want to remind him about the anniversary, but what if he did forget about it and now that you've reminded him he has to cancel his schedule just to accompany you. *sigh* I guess this is a disadvantage of dating an idol... But you guys haven't seen each other for 3 weeks, you miss his scent and his presence and not to mention, you're dying to have his sweet lips on yours again and his arms around you. It made you feel... safe.

Coups have been really busy lately, attending interviews, photoshoots and working on their comeback. You try to get your mind off him by scrolling through Instagram, nothing really interests you at the moment until... WAIT A SECOND! Your eyes immediately open up wide when you landed on a selfie of Coups putting his arm around a girl's shoulder, and it captioned "Tonight will be the best night of my life". Thoughts were running through your mind. Who is she? Is he cheating on me? No that can't be. You start to feel a little jealous I mean, that girl was really pretty after all, he deserves much more better than, this, you looked at yourself in the mirror. A tear escaped your eye but you wiped it off carelessly and started questioning yourself, why did he like me? Look at me, I'm not even famous, I'm not skinny and I'm not pretty. I don't match up with him, he deserves someone better.

I've been wanting to propose to Y/N since our last anniversary, she's everything I could ask for, I fell in love with her smile, her foolishness, everything about her is perfect but the proposal was held back because of my busy schedule. Today I was able to take my time off preparing this, it's something I've been wanting to do for a very long time. Since our manager cancelled our photoshoot, I asked my cousin, Lilliana to help buying balloons and some clothes for me, while I go buy Y/N favourite type of flower and a sparkly diamond ring. She's gonna love this.

You left a note on the fridge, and look around the house, I will miss this place. You carry your bag and stumbled across an amusement park, your first date. You spent your walk thinking about how he held you protectively when you both entered the haunted house, how you and Coups would joke around and pull pranks on the members, or he would always have an extra hair tie around his wrist just in case you lose yours. You loved him...

It was already night when you finally reached your house. You walk up to your door, found out it was already unlocked. HOW?! DID SOMEONE BREAK INTO MY HOUSE?! All these thoughts were racing across your mind. You really don't wanna go in, you had never been in this situation before. After standing there frozen not knowing what to do, you soon grew the courage to step into the house, squeezing your eyes as you enter, but it was quiet. You slowly open your eyes and look around, the furnitures were all in place, nothing were stolen. But you don't remember having balloons when you last entered your house. And why is there a trail of rose petals on the floor? Well, yolo. You follow the rose petals and it led you into the kitchen, you spot a cute pink teddy bear sitting on the counter tops, awh. You pick it up and follow the petals which led you to your next destination, this time it led you to your backyard. You look up and there he is... 

He turns around, he shot a soft smile as he looks at your face. S.Coups walks up to you with his right hand holding a bouquet of your favorite flowers and his other hand behind his back.

"Happy anniversary Y/N", he said with his charming voice.

"You remembered!", you said raising your eyebrows, not expecting him to have the amount of time to prepare all this.

"Of course I do!", he replied back sincerely.

He gives you the flowers and bends down on one knee, he reveals a tiny red velvet box in front of you and opens it. In there was a beautiful shining diamond ring. (see what I did there??)

"Will you be mine?" His eyes locked with yours, expecting a yes. But you suddenly remember about that photo... that girl. You stood him up, tears start to escape your eyes. They weren't happy tears.

"Jagiya! What's wrong? Did I make a mistake?", he said sounding worried and confused.

He reaches his hands to your cheeks, wiping off your tears. You could feel his warmth on his palm.

"Seungcheol.... Do you really love me?", you suddenly ask.

"Yes I do Y/N, from the bottom of my heart"

"Then tell me who is she?", you shoved your phone at his face, the photo was on the screen.

He broke into laughter, "Oh jagiya, you misunderstood! She's my cousin Lilliana who helped me decorate the house!"

"Y-Your cousin?", you embarrassedly said while avoiding eye contact with him, you didn't want him to see your cheeks turn pink.

You both can't help but laugh at how stupid you were. He pulls you in to his chest hugging you, with his hands caressing your hair. "I will never cheat on you Y/N, you know that". Coups pulled back the hug but he was still close to you.

He got down on to his knee once again. "Will you be mine this time? Forever?", he picks you up as soon as you nodded and turns you around shouting, "YOU'RE THE BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME!" You cringed and chuckle at his cheesy comment. He puts you down and presses his lips to yours, you stroke his hair as he kisses you passionately, his lips slowly curved into a small smile.

"I love you Y/N"

"I love you too"
