Birth of Triplets

Imarina's POV

I wake up in a private ward with my babies beside me sleeping. Jackson is holding my hand. "Thank god, I thought I lost you" he states.

"I'm ok, are they?" I ask him.

"All are perfectly healthy, thank god" he assures me and I sigh in relief. "The doctors are perplexed by how developed they are. But Meredith is keeping them from asking to many questions" he tells me.

"Why are they so developed?" I ask him.

"Because they are werecats" he tells me.

"Oh right" I say. "Any news?" I ask him.

"No, but remember you are my top priority now. Because of Elijah" he tells me.

"Well I am still worried about Klaus, Rebekah and Elijah" I tell him. "How long was I out?" I ask him.

"Only a night" he states.

"Where's my phone?" I ask him.

"You should see a doctor, they wanted to check you over when you woke up" he tells me.

"Later, I need to call Klaus" I tell him. He sighs and hands me my phone. I call Klaus.

"Little cat, I wasn't expecting to hear from you or Jackson so soon" Klaus states. "How are the cubs?" he asks me.

"They are fine, what's going on? Have you found Esther? Have you found a way to serve the link yet?" I ask him.

"You need not worry" he tells me.

"Hard not when I am your protector. And my cubs protect two of your siblings" I tell him.

"I have it all under control" he assures me. "Kol is getting me leverage over Bonnie, who will break the link. But first I need to find Finn. Which is what Rebekah and I are doing" he states.

"And Elijah?" I ask.

"He left, but not before he left his blood for the unlinking spell" he tells me. "Kol left his also" he adds. I sigh in relief, sounds like Klaus has everything under control. "Now listen closely, I have an order for you" he tells me.

"What order?" I ask as Jackson stiffens.

"Stop stressing about my siblings and I. We took care of ourselves for a thousand years before you appeared. We can take care of ourselves while you and Jackson raise your cubs" he tell me. "So, from now on focus on them and if anyone asks which line you protect. Lie" he orders. "Don't leave your cubs alone unless I am in mortal danger" he adds.

"Understood, thank you Klaus" I say.

"Of course, little cat" he says. "Oh Rebekah told me to tell you thanks. She'd be honoured to be god mother" he tells me. "I hope next time I get to be one of the god fathers" he adds before hanging up.

"I guess we both just focus on our babies now" I say looking at Jackson.

"And ourselves" he says kissing me.

"Am I interrupting?" Caroline asks.

"Caroline!" I cheer. "What brings you here?" I ask her.

"I was doing a blood run and I thought I'd pop in before I left" she states. "I am helping Bonnie's mum adapt" she tells me.

"Bonnie's mum is now a vampire" Jackson tells me. I nod my head in understanding.

"Aww, they are so cute" Care gushes looking at the sleeping babies. "What are their names?" she asks us.

"The boy in blue is your godson Noah" I tell her.

"The boy in green is our other son Henry, Elijah is his god father" Jackson adds.

"Our little princess is Akima and Rebekah is her godmother" I finish.

"Well they all look perfect, I'll see you guys later" she tells us. She gives me a hug and leaves. Not long after Rebekah appears.

"I thought you were helping look for Finn" Jackson says confused.

"I am, but I had to come meet my god daughter" she states. "She is beautiful, what's her name?" she asks us.

"Akima" we tell her and she smiles.

"Has Elijah or Klaus met them yet?" she asks us.

"No" I say as Jackson says yes.

"Elijah visited last night before he left town, while you slept" Jackson tells me. "But Klaus hasn' visited yet" he states.

"I'm sure he will as soon as he can" Rebekah tells us. "So what are the boys names? What cats are they?" she asks us.

"The green one is Henry and he is a tiger like me. Elijah is his godfather" Jackson tells her.

"Akima is a cheetah. Our son in blue is Noah and he is a jaguar like me. Caroline is his godmother" I state.

"Why her and not Klaus?" Rebekah asks me.

"She was my first real friend here" I tell her shrugging. "Though Klaus is hoping to be god father next time" I add.

"Oh, planning on more are we?" she asks in a teasing tone.

"Not straight away, but maybe some time in the future" I state.

"It'll be a few years before you go into heat again" Jackson tells me.

"Can't I get pregnant without going into heat?" I ask him.

"Yes, but after have a multiple birth. Even with our advance healing, it'll be some time until you are cycling normally again" he tells me.

"That makes sense" I say as a doctor appears. He checks us over and gives us all a clean bill of health. Saying we could go home. Rebekah left to help Klaus continue the search for Finn. While Jackson and I take our cubs to our home. Which thankfully is no fully renovated.
