This was how they usually talked— Scarlett flirting with Mars, and Mars pretending it's corny, yet she secretly enjoys it. They've been like this for how long. Kahit sinasabi pa man ni Mars na cringe yon, pag hindi naman sinasabi ni Scarlett, hinahanap hanap niya.
One night, Scarlett found her self stalking a boy that was said to be a transferee to their school named Lawrence. And with Mars being the only person who she could talk to and have connections to these things, syempre siya ang puntahan.

Mars got there in 15 minutes, her helmet still in her head as she walked in as Scarlett gave her a spare key card, with a plastic bag of pistachio ice cream in hand.
"Scar, I'm here na." She said, removing her shoes and placing the ice cream on the table, along with her red helmet.
"Mars! Ang bilis mo naman makarating. TARA ETO NA CHIKA KO" Scarlett said enthusiastically which intrigued Mars. She hurriedly sat on the sofa beside Scarlett, listening intently.
"Mars, sabi ni Shanti there's a new transferee daw, and sa section natin mapupunta. Pangalan daw Gwy.. does it ring a bell? Do you know her, Mars?" Scarlett asked, which made Mars' eyes widen because she did know as the principal alerted her weeks prior. She just didn't expect for Scarlett to ask for him.
"Scar, you know naman na it's private.." Mars murmured, but Scarlett pleaded.
"Sige na, baby please? Just tell mee ohh." Scarlett said, which made Mars sigh before giving in.
"Fine. Her name is Gwy Khail Apuli. She used to be my friend, i guess, because of my papa's connections. Galing siyang Bataan, but transferred to our uni because he lives with his dad now." Mars stated, teeth gritting as she spoke. But Scarlett didn't notice how Mars was annoyed by the topic of Gwy.
"Wow bigatin. Bagay kami, no, mars?" Scarlett said, grinning at Mars, abot langit ang ngiti habang nakatingin sakanya.
"Yeah sure whatever. I gotta go, I'm not done editing the visuals for our gig sa school. See you tomorrow." Mars said, standing up from the couch, which made Scarlett raise her eyebrows.
