Stephanie, her co-worker that was her bestfriend at the same time noticed how Millie stared blankly at her pc, just opened at a client's proposal.
"Hoy, bading! Work work din ha?" Stephanie says, shaking her awake, making her snap back to reality.
"Why are you out of yourself? May problema ka ba?" Stephanie asked, because she wasn't used to this Millie as the latter was usually absorbed in her work.
"Ah.. Gutom lang 'to. Kukuha lang ako ng pandesal sa break room." Millie said, excusing herself. She tried to tell herself that it was nothing, because she really thought that it was nothing that she should be worried about, setting her feelings aside for Audrey.
When she reached the break room, she heard her co-workers gossiping loudly.
"Bes, nakita mo ba? Si Audrey Alonzo tsaka si Donny? Feel ko talaga may sila na eh, di lang sinasabi sa masa dahil magkakagulo." The first co-worker said, and the other co-worker continued.
