I walked into josh's room and threw my jacket and bag down.
I walked to the mirror and took my shirt off.
Maybe the bump was bugger than I thought. But it wasn't like BAM BITCH!
"You look fine Mackenzie. I promise" josh came up behind me.
Between my boobs and stomach ugh. I was an H in boob size, but with my stomach growing they'll touch and ughhhhhh.
"I look like I just ate a million and one hotdogs." I looked at him through the mirror.
"No, you look pregnant" I sighed.
"We need to go to the pack doctor, so we can see when I can get tested to see whose it is" I said throwing on a baggy sweater, so it covers the bump.
"Let's go then" josh lead. I knew he was eager. But if it isn't his, will he leave? I know I said that I wanted him to, but I really don't.
If it is my dads, will I give it up? Keep it?
Thoughts, questions were racing through my mind.
The pack doctor has an area for check ups, blood tests, stuff like that, so we don't have to go to the hospital. Its on pack house territory.
"I'm not leaving Mackenzie. I told you that" josh looked at me.
"I know." But I didn't. He could walk away at any point.
We walked into the clinic and it wasn't busy. Hmm.
"Hello Joshua. What may I hep you with?" Harley,the reseptionest, asked.
"We need a check up for Mackenzie. She's pregnant" Harley gasped.
"Congrats. Right away" she moved us to the top of the list. Since there were like three people here.
"Thank you" josh said before we sat down.
The minutes we were waiting felt like decades.
"Joshua and Mackenzie" doctor came out.
I waved and stood up with josh.
"Hi"
"Hello dear. Well come on back and we'll do a screening for the baby. I heard what happened in your absence, paternity test?" He asked. I nodded slowly.
I could tell josh was tense.
"Well you are about a month the along correct?" I nodded again and sat on the table.
"We can do one today. Since you're a werewolf, or used to be. You still have the genetics of a werewolf so." I nodded and laid down.
"Let's see what's going on in here first" he put the gel on my stomach and then looked at the screen. He swirled the stick thing around.
"Well, I see two kids in here" he smiled. I didn't though. I started to cry.
Not sob, but a few tears.
Josh wiped them away but they didn't stop.
"Are you ready for the test?'' Doctor asked.
"Yea" I mumbled. He smiled and got a needle and a tube.
"I just need some blood. But relax it won't hurt a bit" I nodded and looked away. I felt a tiny poke.
"Alrighty all done. It should close up soon." He smiled.
"Doc, my bruises haven't been healing. Or any marks that I got." I said.
"Do you mind if I look" he asked. I shook my head and pulled up my shirt and turned around so he was facing my back.
"Dear lord." He gasped. I was beaten badly
"Well, I'll give you some antibiotics so the healing gets done faster." I nodded and fixed my shirt.
"I'll give you the results in about two days. Just to be sure" I nodded and me and josh left.
