Hate? or Mate?

Chapter eleven.

I took my hand out if his and turned over.

I'm not going to give him a reason to hate me.
Josh sighed and got up. He pushed the chair away angrily.

I jumped and turned over to look at him.
"Josh, stop" i said quuetly. he was lacing the room.

"Just show me. I'm not going to reject you, or hate you. Or whatever the reason is" he said angily. He was raising his voice again.

I just closed my eyes and let the tears roll down .y cheeks as josh was throwing things.

"Alright. Alright! That's enough. Josh out now" alpha came in..

"Oh, dear. I'm very sorry for my boy. He shouldn't be treating you like this." His mom grabbed the chair and put it back in his original place.

"Oh how rude of me. I'm dortha, josh's mother. Its so good to meet you. Well I guess I didn't wanna meet you while you were in the hospital" she said. I smiled through the tears.

"Why are you crying sweetheart?" She wiped some of my tears. I glanced at alpha, but stayed quiet.

"Hun, can you give us a few minutes? Go deal with that kid of ours" she looked at her husband.

"Yes dear" he pecked her lips then left.

"OK. Now we are alone" she turned to me.

"Its josh. Its everything I guess. Ever since I shifted my life has gone from worse to worst. I'm just kinda done" I said closing my eyes for a second.

"Oh honey. Josh really loves you. But, he is concerned. He doesn't realize he's being over protective or aggressive. And about your other problems. That best friend of yours, she's missing out. You are such a beautiful young girl. I'm sorry that you're going through this." She wiped tears off of my cheeks.
"I wanna show you something" she rolled up her sleeves.

There were scars.
"I did the same thing you're doing. I thought Carson was going to reject me too. But he helped me get better, and now I have two wonderful kids. Had two wonderful kids. Josh's sister died seven months ago" I sat up straighter.

"I'm very sorry" I gave her a little hug.

"If I show you, would you tell josh" she shook her head

"Its your choice if you show or tell him" I lifted up my gown and pulled my underwear down a little. On my hips were tons upon tons of cuts. I showed her the other side.

"My dear" she gasped. When I say tons, I mean tons.

"Can I give you advise?" I nodded. "Show him. Have him help you, cause honey. I mean this in the best way, that isn't healthy."

I looked down and nodded.
"Can you get him for me" she nodded and stood up.

A few minutes later josh came in.

"Mack, im-"

"I don't care. I know. Sit" I pointed to the chair. He sat down. I pulled up my gown and moved my underwear.

"Holy shit" josh stood up and came the foot closer that he could.

I moved the other side and his eyes got wider
"Mackenzie" he said.

I closed eyes and let the tears fall.
Josh kissed my cheeks, along with some tears.

"You should have told me earlier. I just wanna help, I can be aggressive and possessive. But I really just wanna help" he lifted my chin. My eyes were still closed.

"Look at me" josh said. I opened my eyes and looked directly at him.

"I'm not rejecting someone who has been rejected their entire life. I'm not rejecting the most amazing, beautiful, caring girl I know." He said.
