Hate? or Mate?

Chapter six.

I was getting ready to go to court. I had on my miss me jeans. With high tops and a button up teal plaid shirt.

I straightened my hair and did mascara and a winged eyeliner.
"Josh, can I wear your football jacket" I grabbed my phone and put it in my pocket.

"Yea" he handed me his football jacket and grabbed his keys. Josh is rich, he has an Audi R8.

"I'll never get used to this car. I'm just saying" he laughed and opened the door. It was a rainy day today.

"This is my baby, second baby. After you" he kissed my cheek.

"I'm gorgeous I know" I flipped my hair over my shoulder.

"You look cute in my jacket" he pulled out of the driveway.

I smiled.
He grabbed my hand and his thumb rubbed the top.

"Don't be nervous. I'll be there" josh parked the car.

"Nervous. Me? Psh" I tried to act cool.
Inside I was dying.

Just relax. You'll be fine, you're strong.

I got out of the car and waited for josh to get out. He grabbed my hand and we walked into the building together.

"Mackenzie, come with me. Josh sit in the third row." Alpha Johnson said.

"Bye, I'll see you soon" josh gave me a kiss then went to sit down.

"I see you both have frown quite fond of each other" alpha smirked.

"Yea. He's cool, and sweet." I smiled and looked down.

"He must like you, he never let's anyone wear his jacket" alpha looked at my outfit.

"You'll be called to the stand first. Just don't lie and you'll be fine" alpha opened the door for me. I walked in and went to our side of the room and sat at the table.

"It will start in just a minute." Alpha whispered to me. He sat in the chair next to me.

My dad smirked at me, and my mom just had that stupid look on her face.

"All rise" I stood up and looked at the judge.

"You may be seated" we sat back down.

I was so nervous.
"Mackenzie, will you please come up" the judged looked at me.

I slowly got up and went to the stand.

"Ms. dennis, is it true that your father and mother beat you, and your father raped you" alpha stood up and straightened out his suit.

"My father beat me, my mother just watched. Shed laugh sometimes but didn't do anything" I said back.

"How many times were you beaten" alpha asked.

"Everyday when my father came home. I'd gett two beatings on Fridays" alpha nodded.

"And raped" he asked.

I started to cry.
"I was raped three times"

"No further questions" alpha sat down.

I wiped my tears away. My parents lawyer stood up and walked over to me.

"Did you ever say anything to anyone? To get help" he asked me.

"No, he told me don't tell or else" I straightened the jacket.
