"Why my dear we're destined to be wed." Armani chuckled. "Excuse me?!" I exclaimed. "You mean you didn't know?" He inquired. I shook my head no aggressively. "A lot has happened here in Hyrule." I explained. "Yes, I've heard. I'm sorry about your Father he was a great man." Armani sighed. "What else have you heard about what happened?" I asked. "I heard a Gerudo raised a rebellion and nearly destroyed this land. There was a hero among you and he defeated the man, and saved you all." Armani explained. "Yes, that man is a very dear friend of mine." I stated. "I wish to meet him later on then and thank him for keeping my fiancé alive and protecting her when I could not." He commented. I shuddered at his words. "When was this arrangement made?"I questioned. "Long ago. Our fathers arranged it both when we were very young." He answered. "My father tried to marry me off to the man who nearly destroyed this kingdom." I laughed. "Its a good thing he didn't otherwise he would have broken the treaty between our two kingdoms and there would most likely be war." He said non-chalantly.  I steeped back in horror. "You would threaten my kingdom and avoid peace just because I could't marry you?!" I exclaimed. Armani shrugged. "Our planned marriage is whats kept Termina from knocking at your front door!" He snapped. "You'd risk so many lives over such a little thing." I stated disapprovingly.  "Hyrule is a vast kingdom filled with many treasures while Termina is barren and fruitless." He explained.  "That's no excuse for war! I'm sure we can make some means of trade with your kingdom, so your people can flourish!" I stated. "I will not be denied! I was promised you as my wife and so it shall be!" He yelled. I quickly stepped back to distance myself. Armani lowered his head in embarrassment. "I did not mean to raise my voice at you my Queen. I must excuse myself." He stated as he stood up and then left the gardens. I stood there alone with my thoughts. "What am I going to do?" I thought to myself. "What will Link say?" I cried. "Link!" I exclaimed. I looked towards the sky to see that the sun was already setting. I was supposed to see Link this afternoon. "Oh no." I groaned. Armani had taken up so much time that I had missed my chance to see him. Quickly I made my way to my room. Once I was there I unlocked my balcony door and patiently waited for Link to arrive. "What if he doesn't come?" I asked myself. "What if he's too mad to come see me?" I added. Just as all hope seemed lost I heard movement outside on the balcony. Link entered the room the moonlight embracing him. "Link." I sighed in relief. He said nothing nor smiled at me as he looked at me. "I know you're mad." I groaned. "I should have sent a message to you in some way that I couldn't make it but time just got away from me and I was just so busy." I tried. Link rolled his eyes as he kicked off his boots and unclipped his sword from his waist. Gently he set them down in the corner and made his way to me. He had still said nothing as he sat beside me. He gently stroked my check and kissed my forehead. "I haven't seen you wear this since your coronation." He whispered. I looked down to see I was still wearing my traditional royal garb. It was a white dress with purple trimmings and a corset to match. Gold markings adorned the lace and ran up and down the garment. "I had an important meeting today." I sighed. "With who?" Link asked calmly. "With the Prince of Termina." I answered. Link sighed in annoyance. "We can't keep doing this anymore can we?" Link whispered as he grabbed my hand. "No! We can! I just need you to be patient." I begged. Link scoffed and pulled away from me. "Zelda I don't want to hide my love for you anymore." Link stated. "I know." I sighed. "Do you love me?" He asked. "Yes more than anything." I stated automatically. Link quickly turned to me. "You know I love you right?" He chuckled. "How could I forget?" I laughed. Link's harsh demeanor suddenly vanished. He smiled and kissed me gently. "I wish you weren't so busy." He groaned as he leaned his head against my stomach. I combed my fingers through his hair and breathed him in. "Me too." I sighed. Part of me wanted to tell Link right a way of my arranged marriage to Armani, but the other part wanted me to embrace this moment with him for it could be my last. "Kiss me." I demanded. Link lifted his head and seemed surprised by my request. He then grabbed my face gently and kissed me passionately. The kiss became heated and soon we were laying back in my bed. Before I knew it Link was hovering above me and the moment of true love occurred. We spent the night together enchanted by one another until we were both completely fatigued. Before I knew it I was fast asleep in Link's arms.
