Zelda's P.O.V

A search party was organized to recover Link. Most of the recruits who had just became apart of the official guard had volunteered to find their mentor, but not before they buried Ronin. The funeral was lovely in the contradictory sense. Almost all of Castle Town had gathered to remember him. Even Armani was there to show his support, considering Ronin had lost his life protecting Armani's. Ronin's body was dressed in full armor bearing the royal crest, the Triforce. He was to be buried in Kakariko Village. The procession would leave from Castle Town in the afternoon to reach the village before sunset. I walked beside Laura and her family as we ventured across Hyrule Field. Mido and the other recruits had carried Ronin's body the whole trip until we made it to the village. As we entered through the gates we were greeted by no one. "Where is everyone?" I asked. There was no sign of any life in the area. There was no lights in the windows or any hustle and bustle of the mining town I had come to know so well. After all this is where the rebellion had formed all those years before. The procession moved further into the village. Suddenly smoke and ash came into view. As we turned around the corner piles of bodies were scattered around the village. "Oh no." I cried. Everyone in the procession stopped dead in their tracks at the sight of the desolation. I wandered closer to the scene. Ash fell slowly like snow from the sky, while small flickers of flame still burned. The flames weren't huge they had done their damage to the houses and piles of bodies and were now dying down. "Do you think Link did this?" Armani inquired. "No!" I exclaimed. "He couldn't have." I cried. "You saw what he did Zelda. Look what he did to Ronin!" Armani shouted. "You don't know him! He is a hero!" I shouted. Suddenly Laura stepped between Armani and I. "I know Link. He is not a monster. I do not blame him for Ronin's death. Ronin wanted to be like Link in every possible way. His heroism in saving your skin would have made Link proud as well as the Goddesses! Whatever has happened to Link is not his fault, so I suggest you find somewhere else to stick to blame." Laura explained. I was astonished by the young girl's words. In truth she had grown much since I had first met her. She was filled with innocence but it is clear now that most of the innocence was gone now.  Armani threw his hands up in annoyance and walked away from us towards the rest of the procession. "We'll find him Zelda don't worry. Link's going to be okay." Laura comforted as she grabbed my hand. I nodded at her in acknowledgement as I turned towards the graveyard. "Let's lay your brother to rest." I suggested. I guided the procession into the graveyard. Once the grave was dug and he was lowered into the ground Ronin's family said a few words. Gordon and his wife was the first to speak. "My boy was many things. He was stubborn mostly much which I can attest he got from me. But I saw his mother in him as well. He was gentle and kind and took a great care of his little sister Laura. We are so proud of you my boy, rest easy now for you are with the Goddesses." Gordo stated with a sniffle. Laura then stepped forward. "Try not to look down on me too much from up there big brother. I love you." She cried. Then Ronin's grandfather stepped forward. "To tell you the truth I never said anything nice to my grandson. I was always tough on him, some would say too tough. But I only did it to help make him a better man. Now I see my mistake. Now its too late for me to tell him that he did me proud. He became the hero he always wanted to be. Take care my boy, you done good." He cried. I couldn't help but feel the loss. I began to cry and so did many others. I stepped forward and recited a prayer in Hylian while choking back tears. "I'll fix this Ronin, don't worry." I whispered as they lowered him into the ground and buried him. Once the funeral was over everyone helped bury the others found in the village. I decided to take a moment to visit Impa's grave as everyone else was kept busy. In the far back of the graveyard was where the Sheikah were originally buried. The line that had protected the royal family for so long was remembered here. I knelt before Impa's grave and gently touched her headstone. "Impa, there's so much I wish to tell you. So much has happened. I feel so lost without your guidance, and to be honest I miss you so much. Link is in danger and I don't know how to help him." I explained. I slowly dragged my hand down the stone until my fingers traced around the Triforce symbol. Suddenly images flashed in my mind. I was having a vision. I saw Kakariko Village, then I saw Impa's old house. The door was opened. I entered. Towards the back of the house was a stone with the mark of the Sheikah painted on it in red. It began to glow and pulse as if it was alive, and then suddenly it turned open like a door to reveal a chest. Then the vision was over. "Thank you Impa." I stated as I kissed my hand and placed it against the headstone. Quickly I made my way towards Impa's old house. I went inside and traveled to the back room where the stone was. It was already opened and the chest sat idly there. I pulled it out of the hatch and dragged it across the floor until it was in the center of the room. I opened it to reveal a piece of clothing. It was a type of Sheikah body armor. It was light and flexible. Underneath the outfit was various knives and weapons the Sheikah generally used. Impa had trained me in the way of the Sheikah, but I had never used it in my daily life. But now I had the chance to. "I will find you Link. I'm going to bring you home." I stated.
