“I really love your voice” someone said, Valeria looked up to see…. ‘What’s he doing here? ’ she thought. It was weird, he did exactly what was on the song, he snuck out of the palace just to see Valeria.
Lauren was leaning by the door frame
“Lauren? What are you doing here?” Valeria asked, and she placed her guitar back.
“I just have been, w-want to see you” he stuttered, though he knew his real name was Kevin, he still didn’t know why he stuttered, that is because he has never stuttered before and he can’t believe he did in front of Valeria.
“Well, I guess your parents didn’t approve of you to come here this time in the evening” she told him, he scratched his head.
“Okay well, then good night” he stared at Valeria’s ocean-blue eyes, each second he finds himself melting into it. He didn’t even realize that he was only inches away from her, so near that their lips may touch any second. But Valeria had snapped out of the trance and leaned back.
“You should leave” she ushered him out of the door. Lauren/Kevin was shocked though he just nodded.
“Okay then” Lauren said Valeria smiled.
“I believe you have a house to go home to” she whispered, Lauren nodded and smirked.
“It was a pleasure of meeting you, Valeria I shall see you by tomorrow morning” he said, he almost curtsied though he knows where he is and controlled himself
“Sorry, but I will have school tomorrow. I guess you should go home, I really have to sleep” she said, but she grabbed his hand before he goes “What’s your full name again?” She asked, that made him Nervous
“Uh, Lauren….” He looked around to see a poster that has words written on it ‘I hate the man on the Cane’ and that snapped to his head “Lauren Cane” he finished the sentence
“Okay then, goodnight!” Valeria said, Lauren nodded and went out of his house. He did like what he did the last time he left Valeria's house and headed back to his own castle.
“I can’t believe you did that, Sire” Josh said hurriedly, Kevin just looked at him and rested his head on the seat.
“Sorry, Josh, I just can’t help it” he sighed, he then remembered what Valeria said “Josh, you need to enroll me to the school” he told him.
“But why?” Josh asked him curiously
“I just want to know what it feels like to be a normal citizen before I take over the throne” he explained, Josh nodded
“I shall inform the king at once” he said.
~At the Palace~
While eating their dinner, Kevin decided to ask his father.
