Prologue ~ They’re born!
April 11, 1993 - 3:32 p.m.
Queen Olivia was giving loud screams of agony and pain while giving birth. King Kelandry, sat on the armchair besides his wife, looking worried as ever. They’re having their first baby and he feared that his queen wouldn’t make it with such a hard labor. He had been waiting for overall 1 hour and 3 minutes for her wife to finish labor.
“Push, milady” the doctor said, she had been giving birth for so long and the doctor feared that a birth at the castle would be so complicated for he doesn’t have enough materials. At last the baby came out; the king was overjoyed for her wife gave birth to a boy. The queen gave out loud and heavy breaths after such a long labor. The king stood from his seat and head to the baby to look on its handsome features. The doctor asked his nurse to cut the umbilical cord and wrap him on a warm and fuzzy towel. After the nurse and the doctor had done their business they gladly took off and handed the baby to the queen, the queen was exhausted and fell into a deep sleep. While King Kelandry held the baby tightly at his chest, the baby moved in different ways showing his father how alive he was.
“You shall be referred to as Prince Kevin Lauren Knightly” the king stated, while rocking the baby back and forth. He was smiling at his newborn son and his wife sleeping soundly in her bed.
April 13 1993 ~ 1:45 am
“Push, my Dear…. PUSH!” the doctor instructed Mrs. FairHolm while sticking out her hands to reach for the baby. She and her husband Mr. FairHolm were having their first baby girl. Though the pain for Mrs. FairHolm was unbearable, she was happy that her baby came out healthy and alive.
The baby let out a loud cry, signaling Mr. FairHolm that it arrived. Mr. FairHolm immediately took off his seat as the doctor came out.
“How is my family doctor?” he asked worriedly, the doctor gladly removed his mask and gave Mr. FairHolm a reassuring smile.
“Don’t worry, Mr. FairHolm, your wife made it. And congratulations, you have a girl” the doctor gladly shook the hands of Mr. FairHolm who was terribly excited on seeing his new-born baby girl.
“Thank you, may I go in” he asked the doctor and he nodded. Rushing through the door, Her wife was still breathing heavily from such a hard labor. Mr. FairHolm, gestured the hand of his wife as the nurse gently cut the umbilical cord connected on the baby’s stomach. She carefully wrapped the baby into a clean towel and handed her to her mother gently.
“What will you name her? She’s such a pretty girl” the nurse said, while she walked out of the door. Mrs. FairHolm, held the baby into her hands tightly giving her a warm and a gentle hug, while Mr. FairHolm gladly hugged his wife and baby daughter.
“We shall name her Valeria Loe FairHolm, the first daughter of Mrs. Kayleigh FairHolm and Mr. Neil FairHolm” Kayleigh said, smiling widely while looking at her husband and daughter.
