“What was that?” Valeria asked “I was watching” she told him, crossing her hands over her chest.
“Sorry, just please change it to another channel” he said and got back to cleaning “If you only knew” he murmured under his breath.
“What?” she asked, hearing Kevin’s murmur “Are you hiding something from me, Mr.?” she asked her, causing everybody to look at them both
“Look” he said, trying to come up with an excellent explanation “Everyone thinks that I look like ‘him’” he said, pointing on the television “Ever since I got here, everyone thought that I was him, but I am not. If there’s something to tell you Valeria, I would have told you immediately, but… it’s complicated, so please get over it” he continued
“What are you hiding from me?!” she asked, looking desperate
“I told you Valeria, I will tell you. But it’s not the right time, I will tell you when it comes” he told her, Valeria sighed
“Okay, I agree. But please, whatever you’re hiding from me… Tell me soon” she told him and sat back down
“Why? Do you care if I have a secret?” he asked, trying to hide the smirk creeping on his face. Valeria stood up from the chair and rolled her eyes.
“NO! Why would I?” she asked him
“Because, you care” he said annoyingly
“I don’t care!” she spat
“Oh! Then why we’re you so desperate on knowing my little secret?” he asked her, she stomped her way towards him and glared.
“I am not DESPERATE!” she told him, clearing every piece of words.
“You are not desperate, then you are?” he asked, seeking the answer
“I-“ she stuttered
“You are…” he trailed
“I-I, nothing. Never mind” she said and head back to the sofa
“Tell me and I’ll tell my secret” he told her, Valeria stopped at her tracks and looked back
“Do you promise?” she asked
“I promise” he answered back
“Fine, well i-it’s because, I-i. UGH! I can’t believe I am saying this” she stuttered, everyone looked amused. Even Mary was excited she giggled causing Valeria to tense up “I’ll tell you In private, can you take me in your garden?” she asked him, eyebrows furrowed. Kevin just nodded and stuck his hands out offering Valeria to grab them, Valeria smirked and gently reached for his hands. He led her to the garden which has various kinds of flowers growing in it, fresh air brushed against Valeria’s cheek blowing her hair backwards. Kevin just smiled and reached for rose, but this was unique it was a pink rose that grew with red ones, he sniffed the scent and handed it to Valeria. Valeria gladly accepted the rose and inhaled it’s scent, she then decided to tell him, “I know that this is too soon for we just met..” she paused, sighing heavenly “But I believe this is-“ she was cut off when Kevin’s lip softly pressed against hers, she tried to pull back but she didn’t have the strength. She found herself snaking her arms around his neck while his snaked around her waist, she closed her eyes slowly and gently pulled away.
