Picture: What Cassie looks like

Song: Stranger; Thriving Ivory

After lunch, my aunt drove us back to her house. It was out in the country, in a small little village. They houses kind of reminded me of hobbit holes. They were cute and little and looked like something like you might see out of a movie.

We hauled all of our stuff in and Marci showed us our room. It was tiny but cute. She had obviously spent a little time getting it ready for us. It was split down the middle, one side of the room was in pinks and blues, and the other side was in greens and yellows.

“I figured you girls could decorate it however you wanted. This room is your space, so have at it. Cassie, I assume you liked pink, so that half is your half, and Brodie, I know you aren’t super girly, so the green half is you half," she said.

"Wow, it's perfect. I love it," I gushed. Cassie was also pretty excited. She loved pink as much as I loved music. I wished I had brought my band posters. It would have been great to stick them up on my walls. But I figured since I'd be here for a few months I could probably get some more. My aunt smiled and left us to it.

We started unpacking our stuff and putting them into the closets and little dressers. I was stuffing my stuff in the places I wanted them, where as Cassie was folding and hanging everything all nicely. She was on the phone with I'm assuming was the boy she's had her eyes on for a while, but I knew in the end, she would just leave. I decided to take this opportunity to put my things away in the bathroom before she could take up all the room.

I walked into the small bathroom my aunt said was our's when she was giving us the tour. I found a spot for my stuff and in threw them in the small drawer I checked my phone. It was 4:30. I decided to shower before the show. I quietly walked back to my room and grabbed a few pairs of clothes: fresh underwear, my best push-up bra, and a Pierce the Veil shirt. I decided since it was an indoor concert, I would wear shorts, so I grabbed my favorite pair. They were half black, half white and the white side had little black skulls and tiny hearts on it. I threw my phone on my bed and stalked quietly back to the bath room before Cassie could figure out what I was up to.

I closed the door shut and clicked the lock. I jiggled the handle a few times to make sure Cassie couldn't come in. I set my clothes down on the toilet seat and started looking for a towel. I found them under the sink. I turned to the ancient shower and tried the faucet. Water came rushing out, and I tested the water, finding the right temperature.

I slid out of my jeans and flipped my shirt off. I glanced at the mirror before stepping in. I sighed. I wished I looked like Cassie. I had a small chest, and a figure that could make a lamp post look curvy. I did have a flat stomach and niceish legs, but I had no ass to go with them. I sighed and shook my head. I stepped into the shower and recoiled as the scalding hot water sprayed my body. I quickly turned some cold on, sighing as the water cooled down. I let it run over me for a few minutes before washing my dull hair. I heard a small knock at the door.

"Brodie?" Cassie called through the old wooden door.

"Cassie, can't I have five minutes?" I sighed again. No matter what, she always seemed to invade my me time.

"Brodie, it's your phone. It won't stop ringing," she paused, "it's him," she said, letting her voice trail off.

Oh, him. My super crazy ex boyfriend, Tyler. We had long broken up before we left for England, but I hadn't exactly told him. I hadn't really told anyone.

"Just let it ring, please Cass. I'm not in the mood for him, and I'm trying to enjoy myself right now," I said, pressing my face against the cool shower wall. I could not believe he was acting like this, and yet, at the same time, I wasn't that surprised. That was one of the reasons we broke up; he was crazy obsessed with me.
