After many weeks at the SHIELD Helicarrier and at the Barton house spending time with Josephina, Fury finally made up his mind. He decided to adopt Josephina as his daughter. He would raise her as his own child. When he announced this at the Barton's home, everything seemed to erupt in excitement.
"Yeah!!!" exclaimed Lila and Cooper.
Josephina hugged her new father.
"And this time," he said, "I promise to listen to whatever you have to say and trust you with my life."
