Nick Fury's Clone

Chapter 1

 Nick Fury drove his car down the street. He was on his way to meet Hawkeye and Agent Romanoff at a location forty miles away from any people who might try to listen in on their conversations. As he drove, he faintly heard the roar of an engine. He looked in his rear view mirror and saw a motorcycle quickly coming up behind him. Nick slowed down to allow the rider to pass, but noticed that he was not changing lanes. The motorcycle sped up and the driver flipped off the bike just before it crashed into Nick's car.

"Computer," Nick said, "initiate Auto-Pilot."

"Initiating Auto-Pilot," the car replied.

Nick let go of the wheel and turned around. The cyclist ran towards his bike, climbed back on, and started towards Nick again.

"Let's try speeding up," Nick told his car.

"Engine Thrusters Initiated."

Nick looked out the window and saw that the cyclist was almost caught up to him. The motorcycle came up beside Nick's car. He pulled out a sword and thrusted it into the driver's door. The blade cut through the door and ended up in Nick's seat, just catching his trench coat. The cyclist moved the blade, cutting a giant hole in the door. He cut Nick's seat belt and pulled him out of the car. The car stopped, realizing it had no one in the car. The cyclist came to a screeching stop and jumped off his bike. Nick reached into his coat and pulled out a small handgun. The rider picked up the car door that he had cut off of Nick's car and held it up like a shield. He too pulled out a small gun and began shooting at Fury.

"Who are you?" Nick asked. "Who are you working for? HYDRA? AIM?"

The cyclist did not reply and kept shooting at him. Some of the bullets went through Nick's coat, others missed Nick completely, and very few hit him in the shoulder and leg. He shot at the attacker. The bullets landed in the car door that the cyclist was holding. Three broke through the window and hit the attacker in the helmet. When he pulled the trigger again, bullets shot out of his gun. The cyclist ran at Nick and bodychecked him with the car door. Nick fell over and landed on his back. The attacker dropped the door and took off his cracked helmet. Nick looked at his attacker. She had long black hair, dark eyes, and her skin was darker. Nick lifted his gun and pressed a small button on his gun and pulled the trigger. He heard a small click, then hit the button again. Two bullets flew out and skimmed the girls arm and shoulder. The young woman kicked his weapon away then kicked him in the stomach, knocking him back down. She pulled out another sword and pointed it at Fury. He looked at her, not moving. She was breathing hard and stared right at Nick. After a minute, she backed up slowly, lowering her weapon. She turned and ran back to her bike. She climbed on and drove straight past Nick, in the direction she had came. Nick stood up slowly and watched as she disappeared in a cloud of dust. He picked up his gun and put it away in his coat. He walked back to his car, but stopped to look at the door that had been cut off. It still had a sword lodged in it. Fury picked up the sword, letting the door slide off. He carried it back to his car and put it in the passenger's seat. He climbed into the front seat and started the engine.

"Initiate Auto-Pilot," he said.

"Auto-Pilot Initiated," the car said, as it began driving.
