Breaking rules

Thomas was the first to see, or to at least respond. Newt was standing in shock and was probably pissed at me "DUDE!" Thomas yelled when he got to me "what?" I asked him "How are you not dead?!? Killer head butt!" he said and we both laughed. Then newt approached and looked at Minho as he slowly got up "Minho. Are you ok?" Newt asked "yeah. I'm fine." He said "good. CAUSE YOU JUST GOT YOUR ASS BEAT BY A GIRL" Thomas yelled and him and I were like 'OHHHHH' but then "since you two fools want to joke around. You can take him to the medjacks" newt said and we both sighed "fine" I said and we carried him to the medjacks "that was seriously cool though" Thomas said and I nodded "not for me" I said and held my head with my free hand "yeah that must suck. We gotta get you an ice pack" he said and I agreed. We got to the medjacks and Clint gave me an ice pack "thanks" I said and he nodded. Then I sat down next to Thomas on a bench "your head must really hurt" Thomas said "yeah." I said and he nodded. I turned my head to the doorway, only to see alby. I was about to turn my head back, but then Thomas kissed the side of my head. I stared at the doorway in shock, then I whipped my head back to Thomas "what was that for?" I asked him "does your head feels better?" "Actually. It does" I said and we both laughed. For a moment we stared at each other. We had a small moment. Then newt walked in and I broke my stare "hey newt" I greeted him "hey" he replied "you ok?" "Yes, I'm fine." He said and I nodded "what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be asleep?" I asked him "well I should, but alby needs me to keep an eye on Minho" "how does alby know about Minho?" "He knows everything. Trust me." He said with a chuckle "that's a little bit creepy" I said and he nodded. Newt walked up the stairs to check on Minho "I kind of feel bad" I said "don't" Thomas said "well I do" I replied and he rolled his eyes. We didn't say a word for a few minutes. I just stared at the wood around the building. Suddenly I felt a hand in mine and I looked at Thomas's hand on top of mine "Thomas." I said and he immediately took his hand away. I started to feel bad so I placed my hand on his "what was that for?" He asked "do you feel better?" "Y-yeah" he stuttered and I giggle a little bit "then there you go" I said and he smiled. Again, we had a moment "y/n" I heard newt and immediately took my hand off Thomas's "yeah?" I asked, watching him run down the stairs "alby is putting you in the pit" he said and I stood up "what?!" I asked in shock "I'm sorry but you broke rule 1" he said, hugging me. I didn't hug him back, I just stood there. Both mad and shocked "..actually you broke rule 1... 3 times" he said and I got even more pissed. I know that it was my fault, I chose to kill 2 gladers... But seriously? "He's sending you to the pit... For a week" newt told me and now I was mad. A week!?!? "A week?!" I asked "well. You did KILL two gladers. And you head butted Minho.." He said and I nodded. It was sort of funny when I head butted Minho "alright. When do I go?" I asked and he pulled on my right arm "right now" he said as he started to guide me to the pit. I whined the whole way and I think I started to get annoyed. We were almost there "Newt!!! Why tonight!!!!" I whined once more "bloody hell!! Shut up!!" He yelled and I laughed "get in the bloody pit" he said, opening the door. I hopped in and he immediately shut it "what's your problem?" I asked him "nothing. I'm bloody fine" he said and I crossed my arms "newt. Tell me now." I said and he rolled his head "fine." He said "I'm just..." He trailed off "it's just that." He started "I mean.." He trailed off, stuttering on what to say "newt?" I asked and he nodded "is this because of Thomas? Or Minho?" I asked and he scratched the back of his neck "well." He said and looked up at me "Thomas?" I asked and he nodded "Oh my god. Your jealous!!" I said and he rolled his eyes "I am NOT jealous." He said and I rolled my eyes "then why is Thomas such a big deal?" I asked him "he. It's.. It's nothin" he said and started to stand up "newt. Sit down and tell me" I said and he sat right back down "bloody hell y/n. I'd like to sleep!" He said and I nodded "you can sleep.." I trailed off and he stood up again "after you tell me what's going on." I said and he sat back down "fine. I  am jealous." "Why?" "Because I saw you two holding hands" he said and I giggled "newt. We weren't holding hands. I started to feel bad about Minho then he put his hand on mine. I rejected it, forgetting that it was an act of friendship and Felt bad, so I put mine on his."  I told him and he nodded "ok. That's-" he started but was cut off by a loud blare surrounding the glade "WHAT IS THAT?" I yelled over the noise "THE GREENIE ALARM. IT SHOULDN'T BE GOING OFF" he yelled and let me out. We ran hand in hand to the box and he jumped in "there's nothing. Nada. No on-" "BOO" a girl yelled as she jumped from behind a box. Then newt screamed like the MOST dramatic girl, with a high pitched scream. I started to laugh and got the girl out of the box "hello. I'm   y/n. Do you know your name?" I asked and she nodded "rose." She said.
