CAMILAS POV

Ugh, I gulp.. and take my next breath getting ready to speak..

"I..I..I just really miss you" I exhale a breath I didn't even know I was holding in..

"I miss you too Camz" She gives me a warm smile and pulls me into a tight hug, one that I've been needing for quite a long time it seems.

I couldn't tell her I was having second thoughts because if I did then all this fighting for us to be together, the splitting of our parents would have all been for nothing.

I love this girl. I mean I truly love her.

I fell for her the way I fell in love with the scent that fills the air after a rainfall. Unknowingly, uncontrollably & full heartedly.

I want to marry her, I don't want to hold back. I cant fully forgive the situation we were in, and I it will always be there in the back of my mind..

But if it still means I get to be with her, the one I have fought to be with, the one who is there to hold me when I feel alone, the one who has always been there but I've not always realised it, the one who saved me more than once, the one who became my hero, the one who became my everything. 

Then i'm willing to at least try and forget the whole kissing situation.

For her, For me.. For us.

"Are you okay?" my thoughts were interrupted by Lauren staring at me

"Um.." I shake my head to rid my thoughts

"Yes, I'm just really hungry...what have you made" I ask and smile, she guides me to my seat and kisses me on the cheek

"Its a surprise, it will be done soon, do you want some wine?" she asks with wide eyes and I nod

"So how was work?" she asks while pouring the wine

"It was alright, just glad to be home though" I say half laughing and she smiles

"I feel like we haven't done this in a while" I tell her honestly and she sits beside me

"I know right, I miss it Camz" she told me honestly avoiding eye contact

"I miss us" she then whispers and locks our eyes

"That's not gonna be a problem anymore" I told her and grab her hand

"What why?" she asks and raises her eyebrows

"Because, i'm not gonna do any extra hours in work, I want to see you more" I told her honestly and a smile plastered on her face

"Are you serious?" She asked and I could see how happy she was

"Yes, very. I miss spending time with you and I feel like were drifting away" I told her and she nodded

"I didn't want to say anything.. just in case I sounded like a needy girlfriend.." I cut her off instantly

"Girlfriend? do you mean Fiancee" I smirk at her and I pull her in and connect our lips

"So does this mean I'm still yours?" she asks and I can feel my face getting heated as I remember the night I..yeah and I called her mine..

"It does" I tell her leaning in and connecting our lips again but I was interrupted by a sharp pain latching onto my lip, it was Lauren, her teeth bit down on my bottom lip and grazed off

"And.. your mine" she said and it made the sensitive part of my body grow wet.

Her eyes were latched onto mine, it was like she was locking me in a trance with them emerald green eyes.
