CAMILAS POV

Ouch... this fucking sucks.

When do I get to see Lauren??????

I got in formed Lauren woke up over four hours ago, I need to see her

"Can I see her now mom?" I asked and she got up to ask the nurse

"Yes" She said and a massive grin spread across my face

"Lauren"

"Camz"

I wanted to run to her but my body wasn't ready for that yet, so I sat up on my bed and let her come to me

She wrapped her arms around me and my body sunk into her

"Are you okay" she cupped my face and I relaxed into her warm touch

"Yes... I'm fine now" I told her sending her a warm smile and she reciprocated

"Does it hurt?" she asked dropping her eyes to my body and I just nodded and I could see the tears welling up in her eyes

"Please, don't cry" I told her taking her hand and putting it on my heart

"You feel that.. i'm alive and i'm fine" I told her and she smiled and leaned in to kiss my forehead

"I love you, never leave me" she told me

"I love you to Lo, and I promise" I told her and I leaned in and connected our lips

I swear the feeling of her lips could rid of every ache and pain in my body

"Ok... this is kind of weird still" I heard my mom speak up and It made me and Lauren laugh

"Sorry mom" I told her and she walked over to me and Lauren and embraced us both in a hug

"I'm just glad the both of you are alright" she told us

"Camz, I have someone I want you to meet hold on" Lauren told me and rushed out the room

She came back within a few seconds with a woman who didn't look very familiar

"Camz... this is my mom" she announced and I almost choked

"Um.. but.. um.. how?" I asked baffled and Lauren just laughed

"I'll explain it all later" she laughed and brought her mom towards me

"Hey Camila, i've heard a lot about you in the past few hours I've been here" she smiled and offered her hand and I shook it

"All good I hope Mrs Jauregui?" I questioned and she laughed

"Please, its Clara" she said and sent me and Lauren a warm smile

I didn't know much about Lauren's mom other than she left when Lauren was 12 and didn't give her a reason. But Lauren seemed happy, I didn't want to push her to tell me just yet and besides she said she would tell me later.

"also Camz... I have to ask you something..." I nodded for her to continue

"Well the hospital said they wouldn't be able to let us leave until next week, soo I was thinking we should get married in the hospital?" She told me and I laughed and she looked at me in confusion

"Oh you were serious... Lauren I don't know... It's not really romantic is it" I told her and she nodded

"Your right, but Camz I don't want to wait anymore.. How much running have we done? I just want to do it, I don't want to wait longer" she said and I knew she was correct in what she was saying

"Your right Lo, lets do it here. We can just invite our friends here and any other family" I told her and she leaned in and hugged me tight

"Ouch.. ouch..ouch" I said and she just laughed

"Sorry i'm just excited..." she explained and cupped my face and kissed me for a second

"Me too baby" I told her and sent her a warm smile

"I can't believe she spent all that time watching you and she never said anything" I told her and she nodded

Lauren finished telling me about her mom and I totally understand why Lauren has forgiven her and i'm super grateful that she was there after we got beaten up

"Soo how are you feeling now?" she asked and I patted the space next to me on the bed so she could lay next to me

"I'm okay, now that your here anyway" I told her honestly and I cuddled into her and she draped her arm around my stomach

"I'm really glad you're alright though Lauren, I was so worried" I told her and she giggled

"Camz you know me.. i'm hard as a rock" She told me and I rolled my eyes and laughed with her

"The thought of maybe never getting to hear that laugh again hurt" I told her and she held me a bit closer

"Camz i'm always going to be here with you.. always. You're never getting rid of me" She told me and my body relaxed

"I'm really hungry" She admitted and I laughed

"Why are you laughing" she asked sitting up a little to face me

"Hungry for me" I smirked and her eyes widened

"Camila Cabello... you are something else" She laughed and rolled her eyes

"But between you and me if we weren't in this hospital, I would definitely be up for it" she admitted and it made my pulse race knowing that she would still want me even if I did look like a complete mess right now

"I seriously love you Lauren" I told her and she sat back down as I cuddled into her body again

"I seriously love you too Camz" she told me and I could feel a smile growing on her face

"Sometimes I wonder how someone like me can deserve someone like you. I wonder because I'm this mess of a human being, I'm a disaster and you're this beautiful person with this lovely smile and a million of unravel stories while I'm just this closed book you decided to open and discover. And it scares me, to how much I love you. It scares me because if one day you decide you didn't want me anymore, I wouldn't know what to do without you. I'm giving you the power to destroy me and that's terrifying" I told her honestly and I could hear her heartbeat as steady as anything then I heard her exhale

"Camz..But I don't think that you understand. It's like ever since you came into my life, you've been coloring in all of my grey days. And while we, an us, might've been a risk, you weren't afraid to colour outside the lines" she told me and I waited for her to continue

"Thing is Camz, I am also terrified... I mean you could leave me at any second, I could say the wrong or fuck up and you could just walk away from me. But Camz, I will always want you, even on bad days, if I see you flash that smile of yours and blink though's long eyelashes then you've got me, you've always had me I'm not going anywhere. Ever. I promise" she told me and I cuddled my head into her neck and kissed it softly

"Thank you" I whispered and she brought my hand up to her lips and kissed it gently. "No, Thank you Camz" she whispered back

Curled up by my side so I can focus on herbreathing while my ear is pressed against her chest, her heartbeat soothing meout and locking away my demons.   

We soon fell into a deep sleep.
