They say a crush lasts about 3 months and after that it becomes love. You are in love with that person who may not even know you exist or doesn't feel the same way. I don't know who "they" are but either way you're probably in love and it fucking sucks, right? I've just moved past the 3 month mark so I guess you could say I'm in love. I've had my fair share crushes before, I mean, there are a lot of cute guys in the world but this one was different. She was different. I don't know how to explain it but just trust me on this. Her name is Y/N, cute name right? It took 3 conversations to get her to tell me that. 3 fucking conversations over like a week . I wouldn't even call them conversations. Anyway that's not the point here. I don't know if she just doesn't like me or if she's not getting my hints. I just don't know but she's so...cold? I'm at the studio today. She comes here everyday, at the same time. Oh I forgot to say she works at my recording studio. She's an intern for her dad I think, I don't know. She brings coffee in a lot. Speaking of which, guess who just walked in.

"Good job Demi, you totally rocked it! Let's take a break"

"Thanks Jay." I responded, pulling my headphones off and hanging them on the microphone before me. I jumped up off my stool as the door to the booth opened. I walked over to see the only reason I've been coming here so frequently, booking the same session slot every time. She looked perfect.

"Thanks boo" I commented as she held the door for me. I walked past her and was hit with what I assumed to be her perfume. She smelt amazing, I just wanted to ravage her right here. The door slammed shut behind me and I jumped. Her soft giggle filled the room. She's so cute.

"Here" her voice announced. She handed me a hot cup of coffee. I made sure our hands grazed and gave her a soft smile.

"Low fat?"

"Of course, I know your order. I know everyone's order." She commented, rolling her eyes.

"Thanks, Y/N- by the way I'm really loving the outfit today. You look amazing!" A wide grin spread across my lips.

"Can I ask you something?" I added casually as I went and sat down on a sofa.

"Sure." she shrugged, sitting down in the chair next to her father. A chair that sadly happened to be on the other side of the room.

"Do you actually do anything here apart from bring people coffee?" I smirked at her. She nodded, sipping a cup of coffee. "You sure? I never see you do anything else and trust me I come here all the time so I would know."

"Mhmm." She gave me a simple nod.

"Speaking of being here all the time, shouldn't you be doing your job?" On cue her dad spun around in his chair, a smile on his face.

"She's right Dem, you should probably get back in there." I exaggeratedly sighed. Every time I talk to her this happens. I jumped up and smiled, sipping the last of my coffee.

"You gonna stay and listen to me sing?"

"Sorry, I have a job to do remember?" She walked towards the door and winked before disappearing off. She was such a tease and she didn't even know it.

She's not the chattyest of people, as you can tell. And I know it shouldn't matter but doesn't she know who I am? I'm Demi fucking Lovato, others would bow down to me if I asked while she couldn't care less. I kinda liked that about her, she's not all crazy and starstruck but like I try so hard and for what? I never even get a chance to speak to her properly, since I've always gotta get back to work or she's being a bitch. Don't tell her I said that. Back to the point at hand. Y/N. I think I need to talk to her after my session, that way she can't pull the whole 'shouldn't you get back to work' thing on me like she always does.
