(HTTYD) Charming The Zippleback

"Today is about teamwork!" Gobber announced.

After their first flight with Toothless and Starlight, the Haddock twins make it back to the village on time. Right now, Gobber and the recruit are currently in the arena, all of the teens holding a bucket of water. The gates of the Hideous Zippleback's enclosure burst open, letting smoke in as it engulfs the arena, causing the recruits to pair up: Astrid with Ruffnut, Snotlout with Tuffnut, Fishlegs with Hiccup, Valerie with Eira, and Liv with Fabjorn.

"Now, a wet dragon head can't light its fire; the Hideous Zippleback is extra tricky." Gobber said, as the smoke encircled them, cutting the pairs off each other. "One head breathes gas, the other head lights it.

The teams of two had their backs facing each other, as they tried to find any signs of the dragon.

"Your job is to know which is which." Gobber finishes.

"Razor sharp, serrated teeth that inject venom for pre-digestion, prefers ambush attack, crushing its victims in its-" Fishlegs muttered.

"Will you please stop that?!" Hiccup exclaimed, annoyed and already on edge about their assignment.

Astrid and Ruffnut were quiet as they kept an eye out for the dragon, hearing its growls. Valerie and Eira had their backs against each other, surveying the fog as the clutch onto their water buckets.

"If we see one of the heads, only one of us throws the water at it, okay?" Valerie whispered. "That way, we won't completely be out of water."

"Good idea." Eira noted, her voice low. "You throw the water first."

Valerie quietly nodded in agreement; meanwhile, Fabjorn and Liv were observing their surroundings.

"Any signs?" Liv asks, glancing at the boy behind her.

"Not yet, but keep a sharp eye." Fabjorn said, still looking around.

Snotlout looked around worriedly while Tuffnut had a wide grin on his face. As the dragon continued to growl, Snotlout then quickly put on a brave facade.

"If that dragon...shows either of his faces..." He said, as he moved around Tuffnut and shoved him out of his way. "I'm gonna..." 

Snotlout then noticed a shadow in the fog.

"There!" He pointed.

He and Tuffnut hurl their water into the fog at what they thought were the dragons, only to hear two feminine voices scream. The smoke cleared, revealing to be Astrid and Ruffnut.

"Hey! It's us, idiots." Ruffnut glared at them, drenched.

"Your butt's are getting bigger, we thought you were a dragon." Tuffnut said, before snickering.

"Not that there's anything wrong with a dragon-esque figure." Snotlout said, receiving a punch in the face from Astrid.

While Tuffnut gets a bucket thrown in his face by his twin, causing him to fall on his back. All of a sudden, a dragon snarl was heard as Tuffnut was pulled into the smoke. Ruffnut was about to go after her brother, but Astrid quickly put an arm in front of her, stopping her.

"Wait." She whispered, looking around.

All they heard was Tuffnut screaming as a tail sweeps behind them, knocking the two off their feet and making Astrid drop her bucket of water, spilling it. Tuffnut then screamed as he came out of the fog, running over his twin and running past Hiccup and Fishlegs as Fabjorn and Liv walked up, standing beside them.
