Chapter Ten

Elodie's P.O.V

I woke up in Beau's arms. I was the first awake as usual and I slowly and quietly untangled myself from his grip. I got up and went upstairs to start breakfast. I opened the fridge and saw I had no more breakfast food left. I checked the cupboard and saw that there was some cereal so I got them all out and the milk. I took out 7 bowls and took one for myself and began eating some cornflakes.

I looked at the doorway and heard people coming through. It was Luke and Jai.

They mumbled good morning and took a seat at the table. They started digging into cereal and we just sat there in a comfortable silence. "It's so early!" Luke grumbled.

I looked at the clock and laughed. "It's 11:30!" I giggled.

"Exactly! It's so early!"

Jai rolled his eyes and I laughed at his laziness.

"After breakfast, do you wanna go to the shops and buy some food?" I asked, getting up and putting my bowl in the sink.

"Yeesss!" they cried at the same time and drank the rest of the milk in their bowls.

We all went to our rooms and started getting ready. I had a quick shower and sprayed dry shampoo in my hair. I looked out the window and saw the sun was out but it was cloudy. I put on a pair of skinny jeans and a tee.

I walked downstairs and saw Luke and Jai standing in front of the mirror styling their damp hair cause they had a shower. I rolled my eyes and grabbed a post-it note and wrote:

Dear Beau, James, Skip and Jess

Just going to the shops to grab some food, be back at 12:45

Love Elodie, Jai and Luke x

I grabbed my purse, car keys and phone and pulled the twins away from the mirror. They closed the door and both ran to the passenger seat. They started wrestling and tried to get in the front at the same time.

I sat in the drivers seat and waited for one of them to admit defeat and sit in the back. After 2 minutes, Jai got pushed away, so Luke ran and sat down and slammed the door shut.

Jai got up and mumbled something about being at the front on the way back.

I pulled out of the drive way and drove the short distance to Tesco.

When we got there Luke grabbed a trolly and Jai jumped into it, getting stares from some O.A.P's. I laughed and we started walking through the aisles. I was grabbing all the food we needed and Luke kept on putting the occasional sugary treat in the trolly like a 5 year old.

Jai jumped out when the trolly was getting full and he started grabbing some treats as well. When we had enough food to feed at least 10 people for 2 weeks, we started queuing. 

"Beau really likes you, you know," Luke started.

"Yeah, he looks at you all the time," Jai carried on.

"I know," I smiled.

They looked shocked so I carried on. "We've decided to take it slow because we've hardly known each other.

They just nodded. "I knew something was going on when you walked in yesterday," Jai said, cheekily. I just laughed and we started putting all the food on the electric thing. I put the food in the bags and the boys put the bags in the trolly.

I found objects like an air horn, lots of whipped cream and some sprite and bananas. I just looked at them and they shrugged. I laughed and put them in the bag.

Beau's P.O.V

I woke up with no one next to me.

Where was Elodie? I got up and made my way to the kitchen. I saw Jess sitting there eating cereal.

"Where are the others?" I asked, as I sat down and poured some milk and cereal into a bowl.

She passed me a not and I read it. They had gone to the shops and would be back in.... I looked at the clock... 15 minutes.

"Jess can you help me with something?"

"Of course, what's up?" she replied looking at me.

"Well I really like Elodie, but she thinks we're rushing into things. How can I win her over? I mean, can you help me win her over with a perfect date?" I asked.

"Of course!" Jess squealed. clapping.

I chuckled and she continued. "I knew something was going on between you! For a first date, I think she'd like a simple dinner and then maybe a walk on the beach?"

"Can you help me set it up?" I asked her with pleading eyes.

"Yes!!!" she exclaimed and I laughed at her over eagerness.

"So you and Skip, eh?" I said, nudging her with my elbow.

She started blushing, "I dunno, but I really like him!"

"I think he likes you too!" I said and she looked up with hopeful eyes.

She did a mini dance and hugged me. "I'll start preparing you're evening!" she said and walked upstairs.
