Chapter Twenty Eight

Beau's P.O.V

We were leaving today and our plane was at half 4. The time was half 2 and we were going to the hospital to say goodbye to Elodie and Jess.

We lugged our bags to the back of the taxi and climbed in.

I ran to Elodie's room and saw her sitting there in a heated discussing with Jess. Jess looked tired and Elodie looked angry.

I hugged her and she stiffened in my arms. I pulled away and she wasn't looking at me.

"What's wrong?" I said, panicking now.

"Why did you lie to me?" she said, facing me now.

I looked at Jess, "I found out myself, I remembered!" Elodie cried.

I sighed and held her hand, but she pulled away. Jess got up and walked outside where the boys were.

"Elodie I love you! I'm sorry for lying, but I need you in my life and you might have not taken me back!" I said, looking into her eyes.

"A relationship needs trust and you broke my trust twice now," she paused. "If I didn't love you, I wouldn't have risked my life to save yours."

"I know and I'm sorry. I'm leaving in 10 minutes, so please, forgive me!" I gripped her hand and she looked me in the eyes.

A single tear fell down her face and I knew I had blown it. I shouldn't have done that!

"I'm sorry Beau," she whispered.

"I'm holding onto you and I'll never let you go! You'll see Elodie, we will be together and I'll find a way!" I shouted. I kissed her on the lips before she could protest and walked out.

I walked past the others. "I'll be in the taxi," I said, not making eye contact.

I felt the tears come, but I didn't stop them. I wasn't giving up, even if we are half the world apart.

Elodie's P.O.V

He kissed me before he left and I knew I still loved him.

He said he would try and keep us together but I couldn't go through that pain again.

The others walking in, but didn't question what happened.

"I'll miss you guys so much!!" I cried.

"Promise me we'll keep in touch!?" Luke said.

"I promise, we'll tweet, text, call and Skype!" I said, wrapping my pinkie around his.

"And promise that when you become a famous singer, you won't forget us?" James asked.

"Course not! I'll tell everyone to subscribe to you!" I exclaimed, hugging him.

"Promise to visit?" Jai asked and I nodded.

"Of course!"

"And promise to be in one of our videos if you do?" Skip said.

"I swear!" I said, crossing my heart. Tears fell from my eyes. "I'll miss you guys so much! Love you!"

"Love you too!" they chorused and left.

I knew we would keep in touch, but I still felt lonely without them.

Jess went with them to the airport, but I wasn't allowed to leave yet.

The doctor walked in. "Elodie, we have very good news."

I smiled, I could use some good news.

"You will be able to leave in less than a week!" I cheered, I hated being here, it was awful and so was the food. He held up a finger to silence me. "I have one more piece!"

"Yes?" I asked.

 "Your baby has surprisingly survived!" he exclaimed.

"WHAT?!" I screamed.

"Your baby!?" he questioned.

"I'm pregnant?" I demanded.

"Yes, two weeks," he said, smiling.

I thought about it and that would explain the morning sickness, but we used protection, didn't we?

"But I drank and got drunk! Won't the baby die?" I gasped.

"No, we checked and it seems fine, congratulations."

He left me sitting there. The babies father was Beau and I had broken up with him and he was going to the other half of the world. I rubbed my stomach and decided to keep it a secret for now. I was going to be a mother!
